I can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours. The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip. The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy. More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!). The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me 😎) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable! The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow! And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

Service Experience: From booking to check-out, communication was incredibly smooth. The hostess was exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, offering personalized itinerary planning and even reserving restaurants for us. Any issues were met with an incredibly fast response, truly making us feel at home. Amenities Details: The in-room smart toilet, high-quality bedding, and branded toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The hotel also provides a shoe dryer, and offers complimentary outdoor ice activities like snowmobiling, cycling, small sleds, and snow tubes. There's also free parking. The facilities are maintained like new, immaculately clean and tidy. This isn't just accommodation; it's an experience to be savored, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality!

The hotel is very beautiful. The host of hotel is also very nice, so happy. He pick up us at the train, and took to the hotel. He could not contact with us because my phone is wrong. He still patient to wait for us at train over 45 minutes. Thank you a lot. The hotel is very large, chill and it has a window over views so so beautiful. Wow, wow…It is very near Yabuli snowing. 💕💕💕 Love it. We will comeback and stay a long time here.

I highly, highly, highly recommend this guesthouse! We really value cleanliness, and this place absolutely nailed it. There wasn't a single strange smell when we walked in, and the floors were sparkling clean – everything looked super reassuring. The facilities were thoughtfully provided too. I finally got to experience sleeping on a traditional 'kang' (heated bed) from Northeast China, hahaha! I was a bit worried about the cold in the Northeast, but the room temperature was just perfect, very warm. The 24-hour hot water was incredibly convenient; it felt amazing to take a hot shower after being out in the snow. Charging outlets, a hairdryer, all these little essentials were well-stocked and incredibly handy. The service was absolutely outstanding. The owners were genuinely warm and welcoming. They proactively helped us with our luggage when we got out of the car, let us borrow traditional floral cotton coats for free, and even taught us the 'splashing water into ice' trick. When we went to Wusongling (Rime Island), the owner came along, recorded videos for us with their 360 camera, and personally sent them to us. The service was truly superb! Thanks for giving us such a wonderful trip experience in Northeast China. I'll definitely recommend this to all my friends!

Great location with a spacious parking lot. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. The hotel is right next to a ski resort, and they even offered free skiing passes for the whole family, which was a nice bonus!

The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay.
