Facilities: Everything, from the inside out, feels brand new. The layout is well-designed and controls are easy to use. The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation.
Environment: It's very close to Harbin Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, and bus route 118 runs over the bridge nearby. There's also a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which is super handy. The soundproofing is excellent too, it's very quiet! Parking isn't very convenient though, so drivers should take note.
Service: The front desk staff are all very professional, polite, warm, and attentive, without being overbearing – absolutely lovely!
Cleanliness: It's genuinely, genuinely clean; a very comfortable stay.

This Rujia Business Travel hotel is absolutely wonderful! I was on the ninth floor, which meant taking the elevator to the eighth and then walking up, but the front desk lady found someone to help me with my luggage. The room was great, I really liked it, and the cleaning staff were lovely too, tidying up my room every day. It's right by Central Street downstairs and very close to the bus stop, making commuting super convenient. I've wanted to visit Harbin for a long time, and I finally made it this trip. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you, Harbin, I'll always miss you!

Haiyan·SeasaltI've transited through Harbin multiple times, and this time I chose a new hotel to stay at, which offered a much better experience. They provide free shuttle service every half hour, allowing for flexible arrival times. The room was also more spacious, clean, and hygienic. The best part is that since the area near the airport is quite desolate and ordering food can be inconvenient, the front desk offers meal service until 9 PM, and the prices are very reasonable. Compared to other options, this place definitely has an advantage; it offers great value for money!

We decided to spend a little extra money going to Harbin because we wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient, beds comfortable, room spacious. The front desk receptionists were also very helpful, especially on Chinese New Year’s Eve.
The soundproofing is not amazing—we could hear a lot of the conversations outside the room in the hallway. The shower also wasn’t great. For such an expensive room, we expected better. After one day of use, the water stopped draining and started to pool. If the shower was longer than 5-7 minutes, the water was probably going to overflow. And then it took forever to drain completely. The toilet is a smart toilet, but it’s also very loud and has a neon blue light that doesn’t shut off at night.
There’s no door separating the bedroom area from the washroom area, and the room darkening curtains are only fully covering the windows in the bedroom, so a lot of sunlight comes through the bathroom area, which was not super convenient.
The room was definitely a non-smoking room and never smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the lobby oftentimes smelled of cigarettes. This was fixed with spraying some sort of perfume, but a bit disappointing that the public spaces were not kept smoke-free.
There’s a delivery robot, free self-service laundry, and breakfast in the basement. The location is not super centrally located, and because Harbin is cold in the winter, it’s easier to take taxis to the center of the city than it is to walk or attempt to take the metro! Overall, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but I would definitely try to find somewhere nicer and or closer to the city center for a better price if I were to come back.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and offered excellent value for money, much better than many similarly priced hotels downtown. I chose to stay near the airport because I had an early morning flight and didn't want the hassle of traveling from the city so early. The hotel provided a shuttle service and it's not far from the airport. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another early flight.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

After reading countless hotel reviews, I finally chose this place and I’m so glad I did. No regrets at all. I was traveling solo, but somehow ended up traveling with many new friends along the way. Everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, 10/10, right next to Central Street Avenue. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Harbin.

Guest UserThe room was spotless, and the front desk lady was incredibly polite and helpful, always quick to answer any questions I had. The whole room is smart-enabled, and it's super close to both the commercial district and the subway station, which is really convenient.

Its a small hotel without parking lot, located just at the side of the street. To reach the reception you need to face with stairs. Not so high but quiet challenging if you bring big luggage. Inside just a small receptionist. Check in was easy and fast, while waiting you can have coffee or china tea and cookies from the banquet. We booked family room, which is very spacious. Two double beds, a tent with toys. Its kinda cute though. The room facing the streets with a big windows, its lovely to watch snow falling outside. It has small fridge, electric kettle, and long sofa. Although I would be more glad if they provided small wardrobe to put our clothes. They only have hanging rack where we can put our coats and towel, which was definitely not enough. Anyway during our stay there, no one clean our room. They only made the bed but the floor still had hairs. But I'm too lazy to complaint. What I like about this hotel is they have washing machine and dryer that you can use for free (including the washing liquids). Also just besides the hotel there is a halal restaurant, very convenient, cheap and tasty. To the cathedral just a little walk around 10-15 minutes, and to the lake ard 30 mins.

The room is quite small, but the bathroom is very spacious. The location is acceptable, though it’s an 8–10 minute walk to Zhongyangdajie Street & St. Sophia Church, and the Airport Bus Station. The Metro Station is just 100 meters away.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, a recommended hotel.
