"Seriously, who gets this lucky?! On my last day in Harbin, I was sent off by a heavy snowfall! 🎬 The video of the snow falling outside the hotel entrance will forever be my most romantic memory of this city. I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. From the hotel staff to the locals I met on the street, everyone made me feel so welcome. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall just added an extra layer of romance to the city. So fulfilling! I'll definitely be back next time! ❤️ I recommend this to anyone who needs to catch a flight."

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and other main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with smart home facilities. The staff are also very warm and friendly. The cats outside are also adorable."

"Very good standard hotel with all amenities needed for business and leisure travellers. Quality sanitary ware, change sheets every day, give a pack of napkins every day:) Breakfast consists mostly of chinese dishes: noodles, something like meat, vegetable salads, eggs (if you get up earlier:). Nice view from higher floors. Lots of space, you can leave your luggage after check out for couple of hours."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a ”Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant” nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more."

"The hotel's location is excellent and super convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and also very close to Central Street. Right across the road, there's a popular local market where you can try authentic local delicacies. Although the rooms are not huge, they are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. A special shout-out to their service – it was my birthday during our trip, and they went above and beyond by decorating the room and even providing a birthday gift, which was a wonderful surprise! Thank you so much; we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"The hotel is very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, just a few minutes' walk away, and not far from Central Street, which is very convenient. The room was quite clean, and the heating was just right—not too hot, not too cold—with no strange odors. The staff were also very enthusiastic and provided great service. There were even free snacks, drinks, and fruit right as you entered. It's truly excellent value for money!"

"Traveling to Harbin, I first stayed near Central Avenue on the first day, and then chose this hotel for the second day. I have to say, the service was absolutely amazing! The lovely female staff patiently explained everything and greeted us with big smiles; they were truly enthusiastic. They even reimbursed us for parking at the hotel across the street, and when we left, they gave us a little 'Hermes' bag, haha! Their warmth made us feel a bit embarrassed in the best way."

"Very well located, close to famous tourist spots and within walking distance. If you’re flying, you can easily take the airport shuttle bus—just buy a ticket and hop on, as the stop is right across from the hotel. When leaving, there’s also a direct bus to the airport available. Highly recommended."

"Before booking, I called to clarify some questions about the room type pictures and facilities. However, the next day I received another call saying the room was no longer available, which was very frustrating. Ctrip customer service intervened, and I was able to book the room I wanted. The hotel later compensated for the initial booking mishap by offering complimentary breakfast. Big shoutout to Ctrip for really taking care of their users!. This room should be a family suite with a bathtub. I checked the hotel's homepage, and it matches the internal photos of the family suite. The hotel isn't new. The room has central air conditioning, not heating. The AC vents are in both the room and the bathroom, and it gets very strong and warm when turned on. There was a price surge at the end of the year, but the service definitely lived up to it. The window is a corner window directly overlooking Central Street. The hotel is just across the street from Central Street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel's breakfast was also the only delicious one I had on my trip to Harbin and Changbai Mountain. The sweet potatoes were very sweet, and the fried noodles tasted great 👍. Although the space isn't huge, it has everything you need and is very plentiful. We never had trouble finding a seat during our two afternoon visits, which were neither too early nor too late. I hope the hotel can make the room types and room pictures clearer and organize the categories better. If they did that, it would truly be perfect for me."
