"Location of the hotel is almost perfect, close to ferry point to sun island, shopping area and subway station. Service is good and staffs are helpful. Free high tea is provided but don’t expect too much. Hotel is clean and room is spacious even the hotel exterior looks a bit old."

"We had a pleasant staycation at Jinjue Hotel.We originally booked our accommodation for 5 nights but we loved it so much we extended it for another 3 nights. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, always giving the best service! Our room is really nice, especially with non smoking area. We had the city view room with window which is perfect for us. The location is very handy, accessible to what we need. Mostly walking distance. And the best part is, the buffet breakfast! we enjoyed the variety of local food. We want to thank the whole team for the excellent service they provided. Well done! Five star service!"

"Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us."

"This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in China. The service is excellent. I had an issue with my mobile network and Mr Wang took us by foot to a mobile shop located some 1km away. Hotel is very strategically located just 5 mins to Central Street and within walking distance to St Sophia. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and there is no bad smell. The room is quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style plus a selection of different set breakfast which were all delicious. Hotel also provides a nice afternoon tea spread. We highly recommend Junyi Hotel.😀"

The staff at the counter are incredibly helpful and polite, and even the cleaning staff are friendly and considerate. The room amenities are excellent, the bathroom floor made of pumice stones great for foot scrubbing."

"We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts."

"It was definitely a super pleasant stay, with sleek room design, tea set and delicious tea to prepare yourself in room, and strong water, good ventilation toilet. Staff was really friendly and helpful and show genuine care when talking to guests. Breakfast was good too, and am glad it was like the usual hotels that breakfast ends at 9… this hotel allows breakfast till 1pm. Bummer that it was winter hence no air condition is available and it was actually quite warm at times, and with window opened the main road is a little noisy and when wind blows, the door rattles and quite noisy. But overall I would return again if I am back in Harbin"

"Best hotel I stayed at in China, very tasteful and very new interiors, great service - on checkin they gifted us a number of self care items which genuinely helped us to sleep better, you can ask for as many heat packs as you need throughout your stay to keep you warm when you go out, and on checkout they gifted us some unique russian snacks that we wouldn't have tried otherwise. Location was also incredible - the metro station is literally across the street and there's a handy drive-in space for pickup and drop off if you order a taxi, so no need to be outside in the cold for longer than necessary. Overall incredible hotel and I would definitely come back next time."

"Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours."

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel in Harbin, and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, situated at the entrance of Central Street, making it easy to access various attractions. The hotel is new, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide great service. If you're planning a trip to Harbin, I would definitely suggest considering this hotel.

MMatthew CliveHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

Xxiaofeng！Let me tell you about my three-day experience there. I originally booked a 2-day stay, but my children liked the aunt and sister Nan Nan very much, so we stayed one more night. This is a very, very humane B&B. It feels like coming home when we get off the bus. They greeted us warmly at the door and took our luggage to the room. Then we went downstairs to eat. The dishes cooked by the chef are so delicious. I highly recommend their twice-cooked pork. My children want to eat it for every meal. At night, my children saw the barbecue outside and wanted to eat it, so we went out to eat barbecue. It was very expensive. I really don't recommend going to Snow Valley for barbecue. It's too expensive. A small string of beef and lamb skewers is 6 yuan a string, and a string of three slices of I don't know what kind of meat it is costs 10 yuan, and they don't even give me paper towels. After that meal, I never dared to eat out again. Nan Nan's food is still delicious and affordable. Many guests who live in other B&Bs come to Nan Nan's for dinner. We guests here are like a family. At night, everyone sits on the kang in the hall and chats. It's quite interesting! Their house is very clean, so you can rest assured. The beautiful woman wearing a hat is Nan Nan! When we went out to Wusongling, the aunt also enthusiastically helped each of us to wear snow caps (free of charge)! It is best to bring a bath towel to their house, because they use disposable towels, and bath towels are better for children. We were lucky to place an order to stay at Nan Nan's house, so that our family had a happy and enjoyable trip to the Snow Valley! In the last video, our big family was sticking sugar candied haws, it was super lively and happy, just like the Chinese New Year!

EEJS88The accomodation is basic and clean. The toilet and shower room use a frosted type of glass so you might need to consider it if you are share with opposite gender. Hot shower, heater, hairdryer was all good. There are no elavator so if you have a big luggage you can ask help to carry your luggage to the upper floor. Location is a full mark for me as the Zhangdajie Exit 1 Metro is just across the road from the hostel. Hongzhuan Morning Market is just two blocks behind and Zhongyang Street is a 5minute walk. For those wanting halal food, there is a halal eatery just around the corner of this block and there is also Dada Mosque. You can take the metro to Harbin Mosque statuon which is 4 stops away for 2Yuan. Sundry shop are just across the road if you need to buy anything. I would recommend this place for those looking for a budget stay and that will be spending most of the times outdoors as this room is an the smaller size.

WWatcharinThe hotel is located just 150 meter far from the walking street. We are not happy with the room we stayed. During booking, we found that the room has a window. We then understand that there should be a view to be seen. The view is completly blocked by other big building which is located just 2 meter far from windows. The hotel should clearly indicate that. As foreigner, we need 3G 5G signal to connect to google facebook youtube using international sim. Unfortunately, rhe signal is very poor. Wifi is ok. Using wifi, google is blocked in China. We not happy with the room. Not recomend for foreigner.

DDandanwuyouThis hotel is super good! There is plenty of hot water, and it is very comfortable to take a shower. The washed underwear and socks can be hung for half a day to dry. There is heating and air conditioning. We didn't turn on the air conditioning when we slept, and we opened the window a little. The temperature is just right! Very quiet! Stayed for three nights, the sleep quality is very good! It is very close to the Hagia Sophia, about 10 minutes walk. There are also food around, and there are supermarkets and pharmacies a few dozen meters away. You can also buy frozen pears and deliver them the next day. 6.99 yuan actually got 11 frozen pears. It's delicious!

EEe MingWe had a very good experience staying in Yabu Loni Hotel at Yabuli. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception we receive from our hotel guide 初长月. She assisted us to check into our hotel room early which allow us to settle in quickly. Arranging for ski lessons and equipment was also a breeze with her help. Her enthusiasm, energy and smile is something that makes our stay so much fun and enjoyable. And she is always just a call away. As for the hotel room, it is a little dated but nevertheless still very clean and nice. I would certainly hope that they can improve on the breakfast, the range is pretty limited. The location of the hotel is fantastic and it is just right besides the cable car that bring you to the top of the ski resort. It is also right next to Club Med.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee. One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to ***** your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
