這次在亞朵x酒店體驗特別好，酒店工作人員熱情服務，因為是小朋友10歲的旅行，因此和酒店方簡單提了一下，結果亞朵的服務簡直驚爆了，不僅酒店房間給孩子佈置了生日的場景，還給小朋友準備了小禮品和生日蛋糕，當凌晨抵達哈爾濱，下了機場，打了車到了酒店，迅速辦理了入住，走進房間的剎那，一身的疲憊全無，換來的是滿滿的驚喜，孩子興奮不已，我們在亞朵酒店又過一次生日，不僅如此，初白在我們這次哈爾濱的行程中給了很多指導和幫助，包括不管是工作時間還是非工作時間，都及時回覆，解決困惑，感謝亞朵，感謝亞朵的工作人員初白小姐姐，是你們讓我們的旅行更加豐富，更有意義，下次衹要有亞朵酒店，一定作為首選！再次感謝～

在哈西附近玩，挑了個價位最高的，大冬天沒空調，我真不理解，房間挺冷的，事後我反應的時候，問我給我拿電暖器沒有，我當時打電話，就衹告訴我沒有空調，沒提別的。上午在睡覺的時侯，打房間電話，問我是否辦理了續住，我説沒有，前台説我錢都交完了，確實續住了，等退房的時候説，弄錯人了，真無語，生意都不好做，注意點吧。

沒有專用停車場 公用的停車不是一般麻煩 沒車位停路邊了
很多設施都是一層灰 衞生打掃不到位
電視除了投屏以外啥都看不了 就是擺設
酒店是一棟樓裏 一棟樓七八個酒店 很亂
定的時候積分換的有雙早餐 有下午茶 入住的時候告訴我沒有早餐 快退房了打電話才説有 下午茶也沒要
以後再來不會住這了 出差經常住亞朵 這個亞朵x真是刷新了我對亞朵的認知

環境：酒店位置屬於黃金地段，離西站也比較近很方便，旁邊就是萬達廣場吃飯的地方也比較多
設施：品類齊全
服務：服務到位有禮貌，在前台還寄存了行李，辦理時非常熱情不拖沓

這是我住過最垃圾的亞朵X了，要和其他6家酒店和公寓住户搶電梯，枕頭兩個有色差，房間在洗衣房隔壁，一晚上和滾筒在共振，床離門很近，隔音基本沒有，外面説話，房內聽的一清二楚。相同價位，不如選附近的全季
