An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

My stay at Yufeng Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've had across the country! The overall value for money is exceptional, and the hotel facilities are complete and well-equipped. Both breakfast and afternoon tea offer a rich variety of options, making for a very pleasant dining experience. A delightful surprise was the ability to borrow Lolita outfits for photos, which really enhanced the atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and thoughtful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. You could feel the dedication in every detail. I honestly couldn't find any faults with either the hardware or the software. I genuinely recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin!

I stayed for 3 nights, and I definitely picked the right hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Central Street. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people, and the room rate was quite appealing. They even upgraded us for free. The hotel looks pretty new, and the cleanliness is spot on. Soundproofing was also decent. Our room had an inner window overlooking a nicely designed landscape, which was a lovely touch and added to the ambiance. The hotel hallways also had pleasant and cozy landscaping. We didn't book breakfast with our room, but later found out their breakfast area also had a good atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to Central Avenue, and very close to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Zhaolin Park. There are many well-established restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and the facilities are new. The only minor drawback is that the dryer in the laundry room isn't very powerful.

Our whole family came to Harbin this time, and the ladies at the front desk were all so thoughtful. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, they kindly reminded us to bring rain gear. The room was spacious and very clean, and all the toiletries were well-prepared. The location is unbeatable; it's right on the lively Central Street, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Wishing them a prosperous business!

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the southern end of Central Street and not far from St. Sophia Cathedral. The breakfast is extensive, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and they even had 'pig butchering stew' (a local specialty)! During the National Day holiday, parking in the area was very difficult, but the hotel staff helped us find a spot. The recommended Madieer restaurant was also fantastic.

The room facilities are new and very clean, with smart toilets and smart curtains. The location is super convenient for transportation, and you can walk to most major attractions. The staff are warm and friendly, and the housekeeping is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of options that both adults and children will love. Definitely worth a second visit!

First off, the service at Yabuli Hotel is genuinely excellent. Our butler reached out a day in advance to arrange pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. The hotel also has its own ski resort, and equipment rental was included, which is definitely a big plus. The hotel environment is also fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it!

Damn good! It's close to both the morning market and the main street. In the evening, you can head to Central Street, and at night, you can check out the Hongzhuan Morning Market. It's a lively place with lots of delicious food, definitely worth visiting to experience the warmth of Harbin.

Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Since the second-floor restaurant was under renovation, breakfast times were arranged with the front desk during check-in and then delivered directly to the room the next day. The front desk staff were all very kind and thoughtful, helping with luggage and storing it for me. Because I booked a special offer room, it didn't include the complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. You might want to call the hotel in advance to confirm this. The cable car station is conveniently located on the second floor, making round-trip rides very easy. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line 2 to Sun Island and walk for about 15 minutes to see the castle. The island is currently optimizing its snow sculptures, and the central area is closed off, so I didn't get to explore it this time, which was a slight disappointment.
