My experience at this homestay has been very satisfactory, for the reasons of its reasonable price, convenient location, and the classic historic vibe of the building and also the neighborhoods that are nearby. In addition the rooms are comfortable and well made, which makes my stay a memorable time. The staff members are also super friendly, and great at accommodating all my requests. This is definitely a place for travelers looking for something that is different than the usual hotel experience.

The hotel is centrally located in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from a lot of cool spots in the city. Rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and good for those who seek privacy. There is a fridge and a water dispenser at the reception for guest access. Great place overall.

The receptionist is helpful but didn’t offer a bottle of water and it was hard to find a hotel

It’s on the other quieter side of the lake. Very peaceful calm place. Though there was issue with lock and Internet but the staff were prompt to resolve it asap. If one is expecting a quieter and local environment then it is recommended

The room is not spacious but really cozy, and French style. And you don't need to turn on ac at night, and that's really cool.

I enjoyed my stay in the cozy, small room with panoramic windows on both sides. The amenities weren’t brand new but were well maintained. The staff was kind and friendly. The only thing that caused discomfort was the entrance - you have to access the room through the shop downstairs, and every time it felt like a little quest with opening and locking several doors, which was quite inconvenient and time-consuming. Also, the automatic stairway light was a bit annoying at night, as it would turn on and disturb sleep.

My best guesthouse in Hanoi. The room is big and comfortable: cozy bed, clean sheets and towels. There is a kettle, glasses, a fan, a hair dryer, air conditioning, and hot water. Perfect location. Many good food options nearby - hearty meals, a Circle K shop, ATM, and fruit stands. Friendly managers Lisa and Stella helped me with laundry and booked two one-day tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh for me at a good price. They were ready to answer any questions at any time. They looked after me as if I were visiting family. I'm going back to Hanoi soon and will stay here again.

Pros: - Friendly and helpful staffs - Quiet surrounding - A lot of cafe and restaurant nearby - Walkable distance to Hoa Kiem Lake - They offer affordable tour packages Cons: - No elevator, difficult for large luggage up through the narrow stairs - Saw some hairs and eyelash in the room from the last client - Mosquito in the room no idea how they get in - Weak water pressure for shower

Homestay just INCROYABLE ! Chambres trop belles, propres et bien placées dans la ville. Personnel incroyable, qui prennent ton Whatsapp dès le début, qui donnes des informations pour les visites et activités et que tu peux contacter à tout moment si besoin. Trop gentilles, si on revient à Hanoï on reviendra !

The room was dirty with little ants (?) walking around. The reception are very untrustworthy. They offered to upgrade me to a bigger room and when I pressed and asked why, they said the electric door had issues. I then asked if they could book my ha giang loop for me because I was interested in a particular company. They “checked” and said the company was not doing tours and I should go with one of their affiliates. They told me the price then later told me they made a mistake and quoted a much higher price. I became suspicious and booked directly with the company I wanted with no issues. I was happy to check out early and forfeit my night stay.

As an underaged single traveller (17 male), this was one of the few hotels that accepted me. By paying a larger price (which wasnt too expensive anyway), I was accomodated with a huge room that was superb. The location is nice, the staff are friendly, it was clean and there was free water. Laundry was also taken care of by the hotel in an unexpectedly affordable price. Even though there might not be a receptionist all the time, I could just call them on the app and ive always received an answer. Totally terrific, recommendddddd 作为一位未成年的外国人，接受像我这样的外国人的酒店真的很难找，可是它真的出乎了我的预料。位置很好，小巷很治愈而且离景点都不算远，接待客人态度优良，用英文就能沟通得来。甚至到最后需要洗衣服之时，万万没想到他们的价格(对于游客来说)是真的划算的。唯一缺点是前台不一定总会有人接待你，可是你在平台上随手一打电话就必然会有回应。很满意，推荐推荐推荐。
