My business trip continues! I changed hotels and this time stayed at my usual favorite, the Lavande Hotel. I wasn't disappointed. First, the interior was spotless and meticulous, with attention to detail, just like always. The music playing in the shower was a nice touch, and the location was great. The only downside was the cleanliness. The previous resident's bathroom wasn't very clean. The housekeeping staff weren't very thorough, leaving urine stains on the floor and a strong urine smell in the bathroom. That was the only downfall this time! Cleanliness is truly crucial!

The hotel is located in the north of Acheng, which feels like the northern part of the city, but it's only a 10-minute drive from the south. There's both above-ground and underground parking. The underground parking is on the hotel's basement level, accessible by elevator, but you need to tell the front desk your license plate number first. Above-ground parking is in the hotel's back courtyard, so you have to walk to the front entrance. The interior is supposed to be smart, with a smart remote control. However, the shower in my room had a strong silicone smell, and the hot water wasn't very hot. Overall, it was okay. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options.

Highly recommended! I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind and had an excellent attitude, never showing any impatience. We brought our child to enjoy the hot springs, spent the whole day playing, and then it was so convenient to return to a clean room to rest.

Stayed for nine days, excellent service, excellent environment and excellent facilities. I also spent New Year’s Eve in the hotel, and invited me to share the New Year’s Eve dinner with the hotel staff for free, and even ate Spring Festival dumplings in the middle of the night! A very excellent hotel, my first choice next time I come to Acheng!

I must praise the service at this hotel! When we checked in with our child, the front desk proactively provided children's slippers and toiletries, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities were new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and even the charging sockets were conveniently located. The housekeeping staff meticulously cleaned the room every day, even wiping the corners of the bathroom spotless, and the towels had a light, pleasant fragrance, making us feel very comfortable. They even helped us store our luggage when we checked out. The entire experience was very comfortable, and it's a treasure of a hotel I would definitely stay at again!

The service attitude is very poor. My original order was from October 28 to November 3 because it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night after I just got off the plane and took the car to the hotel. I ideally opened L7, I am 12 yuan short of you? The customer is God. I didn't pretend to be uncle. I didn't make any difficulties. I didn't mention all kinds of embarrassing requests. And I didn't say a word of nonsense. Your hotel said that I was one day short of the room money. I just prepared the payment code. I came to Hanting brand, don't worry, I will never come again. It is difficult to get to the headquarters and never ask? Don't do research, come down and take a look? Just let it go? Do you know what is the customer satisfaction rate? If it is long, I think it is not far from closing the door.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and seamless. The hotel boasts well-appointed facilities and a prime location with excellent transport links, plus a fantastic array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right on its doorstep. Overall, my stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
