My business trip continues! I changed hotels and this time stayed at my usual favorite, the Lavande Hotel. I wasn't disappointed. First, the interior was spotless and meticulous, with attention to detail, just like always. The music playing in the shower was a nice touch, and the location was great. The only downside was the cleanliness. The previous resident's bathroom wasn't very clean. The housekeeping staff weren't very thorough, leaving urine stains on the floor and a strong urine smell in the bathroom. That was the only downfall this time! Cleanliness is truly crucial!

The room facilities are incredibly outdated. The hotel's amenities and overall environment just don't match the price point at all. The showerhead has to be held by hand as it won't stay on its holder, and the hairdryer is useless. I was warned before that the room didn't have air conditioning, but when I called before checking in, they said it didn't have individual units but did have central AC. It turns out it *does* have it, but the control panel was taped over with black electrical tape! They advertised welcome fruit, but there wasn't any until I specifically asked. The description mentioned bathrobes, but it turns out those are only for the hot springs. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell... Honestly, this is the worst hotel experience I've had in the last three years, even compared to places at a slightly lower price point, no exaggeration! I didn't take any pictures as I didn't think I'd need proof, but since the platform invited me to review, I'll describe what I disliked. Oh, and the hot springs! My son was really looking forward to them, but what they call 'hot springs' is just a public bathhouse with some pools.

The hotel is located in the north of Acheng, which feels like the northern part of the city, but it's only a 10-minute drive from the south. There's both above-ground and underground parking. The underground parking is on the hotel's basement level, accessible by elevator, but you need to tell the front desk your license plate number first. Above-ground parking is in the hotel's back courtyard, so you have to walk to the front entrance. The interior is supposed to be smart, with a smart remote control. However, the shower in my room had a strong silicone smell, and the hot water wasn't very hot. Overall, it was okay. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options.

The room is kind of small. Small loft, other facilities and sanitation are OK, and the environment is OK Facilities: Human talent is like water in a sponge. Without external squeezing, it will never flow out. Only the sponge that flows out can absorb new sources.

There are several roadside lined parking spaces downstairs, first come first served. There is basically no parking space during the day. People in the surrounding buildings will have vacancies after get off work at night. , 2. The non-smoking room noted, the cleaning aunt has helped to do a good job in advance, and there is no smell of smoke overall! I found that the bedside smelled a little soot when I went to bed at night. , 3, good location, very close to the morning market near the mosque, many restaurants nearby are very convenient, and there is a bath shop not far from walking. , 4, the room is large, the price is very high! Sound insulation is OK, there are some small noises from time to time at night, can not find where it came from, very light, does not affect sleep..., Disadvantages:, 1. There are two bottles of water at check-in. I want to ask for two extra bottles. After leaving the store, I sent the invoice twice and pretended to be invisible. I knew that I would ask for praise on WeChat! In this case, I simply pretended that I could not see the praise! I didn’t reply. Later, I asked if I wanted to drop anything. I didn’t deal with it (charging cables or something). When I looked at the photos, it was not something that existed in our house at all... Later, I communicated the invoice, although I have sent the billing message twice. But every step of the operation at the front desk will let me confirm whether the message she pasted is correct. Finally, there is a page, and it is necessary to check again. It is very troublesome... 2. The pool and bath are not separated from wet and dry. After the bath, the toilet floor is very slippery. Be careful not to fall...

I must praise the service at this hotel! When we checked in with our child, the front desk proactively provided children's slippers and toiletries, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities were new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and even the charging sockets were conveniently located. The housekeeping staff meticulously cleaned the room every day, even wiping the corners of the bathroom spotless, and the towels had a light, pleasant fragrance, making us feel very comfortable. They even helped us store our luggage when we checked out. The entire experience was very comfortable, and it's a treasure of a hotel I would definitely stay at again!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and seamless. The hotel boasts well-appointed facilities and a prime location with excellent transport links, plus a fantastic array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right on its doorstep. Overall, my stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Affordable, convenient parking, clean and hygienic.

The sanitary environment is very good. The location is on the main street. The rooms on the road side are noisy and the soundproofing effect of the rooms is average. The service of a short-haired lady at the front desk is very average. She has a gloomy face and is indifferent to questions. It affects the development of the hotel. The service ability needs to be improved.
