Hotels in Volga Manor/Harbin Eontime World, Harbin

The overall experience is full! The hotel service is warm and professional, the front desk check-in is fast and efficient, and the attitude is kind. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and stylish, the space is spacious and not depressed, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is superb. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, clean and hygienic, well equipped, convenient to use and well maintained. The environment is quiet, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is not disturbed. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are perfect. The details are full of care, clean, service in place, complete facilities, and comfortable environment. It is suitable for business travel or leisure travel.

As a frequent business traveler, here's my honest feedback. We stayed for one night for a wedding, and as soon as we entered the room, there was a strange odor, very similar to body odor from foreign guests. After some thought, I don't believe that's what it was, and the hotel should investigate. Also, we accidentally left our charger behind when we checked out, and no one from the hotel called to inform us. I only found out today when I called housekeeping. The front desk said they don't call because they're too busy with so many forgotten items 😄. This is part of customer service. The service here doesn't even compare to a Ji Hotel, which really tarnishes the image of a star-rated hotel. I hope the hotel industry in Harbin strengthens its management and improves the quality of its service staff! Wishing you all the best.

This hotel is very new, the decoration style is very modern, Jinjiang Inn chain hotel, the service is also in place. The location is relatively remote, the surrounding environment is noisy, many cars are parked on the auxiliary road, and there is water at the door of the rain. The health inside the hotel is good, although there is no breakfast, but there are many snack bars around, it is convenient to eat and buy fruit.

The room is tidy, clean and hygienic, the environment is good, quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, near the subway station, convenient for travel, complete facilities, an ideal place to travel and live, recommended.

The room is very clean! The environment is good, there is a window quiet~~ The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming~~

The atmosphere is quite suitable, very suitable for business trips, business trips, the whole taste is also very good, tea fragrance, recommended!

This hotel room is one of the most functional I've stayed in for years. It's perfectly square with a very practical layout. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a bathtub, and a drying rack. The shower has great water pressure, which is really comfortable. You can easily open a large suitcase, and there's space to hang both long and short clothes.

Although the room is small in size, it is enough, warm enough, and hygienic. If you have any problems, you can ask the aunt. Although there is no private bathroom, the public toilet is enough. There is no place to wash around in the bath shop. The aunt is very caring, the service is very good, and the price is not high, the price/performance ratio around is the first choice

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is as clean as ever. The reception is very warm. Not only did I give breakfast, but I also gave the child Dev chocolate. The room that was the most inside was arranged, very quiet. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and will stay in the future. Parking nearby is convenient, 100 meters from the police station, very safe.

Very good value for money and convenient transportation. There are not too many people, it feels too cool to not have to queue for a long line, the experience is first-rate, very close to the subway station. 🏨 The hotel is very cost-effective, the room is very clean, the service is very thoughtful, I will choose here again next time.
