Had a fantastic stay, truly felt the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, saving a lot of time – a great experience overall! The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. All the hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options to cater to different tastes. The complimentary evening millet porridge buffet with side dishes was also delicious! (See attached pictures) Highly recommend, looking forward to my next stay.

The room was really spacious, and the wooden decor made it feel incredibly cozy. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept soundly. The small sofa and coffee table in the living area were perfectly arranged for relaxing. The lighting design was also well thought out, with warm tones that were very comfortable. Service was prompt, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip! 👍

I specifically booked this hotel because a friend recommended it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was warm (I needed a humidifier), and the hotel itself was nice and quiet.

Facilities: Very new, as it just opened this year. The overall cleanliness is good. Hygiene: I'm not sure if it was because of the May Day holiday crowd, but they didn't change the bed linens even after I asked. They only changed them the next day after I called again. Environment: Good. The price is decent, but the parking lot isn't exclusive, which is a bit inconvenient. It's shared with the neighboring bathhouse, and it gets really hard to find a spot when it's busy.

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

We brought our kids to Harbin for fun. A classmate recommended this hotel to us after staying here in December. After we arrived, we found that the room was very clean and the front desk service was very good. Seeing that our high-speed rail ticket time after leaving the hotel was in the afternoon, the front desk lady surnamed Wang also helped us apply for free extended service. She was very warm and hospitable, with a good smile. If I have the opportunity to visit Harbin next time, I will definitely choose this hotel first.

To be frank, I have been staying in hotels for 20 years on business trips around the world. This is the worst hotel front desk service I have ever seen. The service awareness is extremely poor! This only 3.5 points is for the manager of your hotel! I am not a picky person at ordinary times. I will write this review unless I can't stand it anymore and hope that your company's service will be improved. You should know that comments also take time. Time is precious! There was no wifi for 5 days of stay. I called the front desk to ask what was going on. A female staff member at the front desk said, I don’t know this. There is no way. I will give you our manager’s phone number. You can call him and ask him. He will find someone to fix it! I am so bored. This is my employee. I opened him a day earlier and he would not stay. I observed for a few days that there was no polite language to the guests at all, no smile, no active service, no basic professionalism, a look like my customers begging her to stay in the hotel, no service standardization at all, no knowledge of asking three questions, not solving the basic needs of customers, no empathy! Thank you, hello, goodbye, sorry, I can't say a word. Such people put at the front desk to lower the hotel product, and there is no soft service! She called and said the environment was not good. I was really surprised by her attitude towards the guests. She kept her computer on to watch video chat at the front desk. She didn't do enough to improve the software and hardware facilities. On the contrary, her manager solved the problem in time, tried his best to find a way, apologized at the first time, changed the room and refunded the price difference. She really cared about the guests. The lack of wifi equipment caused problems, which caused my mobile phone traffic to exceed the limit by nearly 400 yuan. The manager let me stay for a day for free. I am very grateful, but I have never seen the attitude of the employees in my life! I wrote a comment today and hope that the hotel will seriously criticize the employee and change his position. Such employees who have no service awareness and lower the quality and grade of the hotel will only get worse and worse! ! ! I don't even know how they closed down in the end. The rest are all good. The breakfast sister greeted the guests good morning, and the hotel manager was polite. The hotel seriously needs standardized service procedures, employee training and basic hospitality skills. Maybe the front desk receptionist is just a part-time worker. It doesn't matter. The boss is the one who suffers... I feel sorry for the boss for a second and will never patronize again...

I chose Runheng Hotel for my trip to Harbin this time, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – I simply have to give it a great review! 🛏️ Room Experience: We stayed in a twin-bed room with a bathtub. The layout was very well thought out, and it felt perfectly spacious for two people. The bathtub was clean and hygienic, perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue after exploring. The 1.5-meter wide twin beds are also very accommodating for groups or families. 🍽️ Dining Delights: The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great, setting us up for an energetic start to the day. I especially want to commend the afternoon tea – it was exquisite and delicious, providing a wonderfully relaxing moment during our travels. ❤️ Service Details: This is truly the main reason I want to recommend this hotel! The housekeeping auntie would proactively replenish our Sprite and iced tea every day when she cleaned the room, and that feeling of being looked after was wonderful. What touched me most was when we returned to the hotel on a rainy day, the manager actually came out with an umbrella to greet us at the entrance. This level of 'home away from home' service is truly rare to find in hotels these days. In short, both the hardware and software were impeccable. I will definitely choose Runheng Hotel again for my next visit to Harbin!

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, with a quiet and peaceful environment. The facilities are all new, and the hotel staff thoughtfully reminded us of any points we needed to be aware of. The room was on a high floor with a fantastic view. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was the best accommodation I stayed at during my entire trip to Harbin.
