I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues. Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM. We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every day when I went out, the cleaning staff made sure my room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The river-view room offered a spectacular vista of the Songhua River Bridge, and being right above the cable car's 'Castle on the River' made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge who checked me in, and the staff who assisted me with a 'Princess, your carriage awaits!' level of service when I checked out, both provided such enthusiastic and thoughtful help, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip to Harbin.

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 15-minute walk from Central Street. The room was clean and quite spacious. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided attentive service. The lobby even offered complimentary iced hawthorn tea daily, which was a refreshing treat after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and tasty options. My only suggestion would be to offer one or two fresh fruits every day. We had breakfast twice; there was watermelon on the first day, but no fresh fruit on the second. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Harbin.

This Hilton boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. You can walk to the Provincial Museum in one direction, and a bustling commercial district in the other, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It's a great choice for travelers, highly recommended. Although it's called the Central Street store, you still need to take the subway to get to Central Street, but it's more affordable than the Hilton located directly on Central Street. The location is truly superb.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. I paid a little over 300 RMB for a 3-night stay during the May Day holiday. The hotel is conveniently located right to the left of Harbin Station as you exit. I'm really happy with the price, though the soundproofing isn't great – I could hear the person next door snoring. There's a Mixue Bingcheng downstairs which is handy, and KFC and McDonald's are further away. It seems to be close to the airport, which makes things quite expensive. The subway entrance is right outside the door. Overall, a pretty good deal for the price.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Central Street and Hongzhuan Morning Market. We checked in late at night and stayed for two days, and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff (both the young man and young lady) and the cleaning auntie were all very friendly~

The New Paris Hotel has an excellent location; right outside, there's a subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is great, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The amenities are very complete and well-maintained—the AC, TV, and high-speed WiFi all work perfectly, the shower pressure is stable, and they have everything from a parking lot to leisure areas. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, it meets all your needs. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip and sincerely recommend it to everyone!

For my trip to Harbin this time, I took a cue from others' experiences and chose the Qiuguo Hotel Central Street Metro Station, and my overall experience was incredibly satisfying. First off, the location is fantastic; it's super convenient for getting anywhere, well-connected, not too far from anything, and really close to Central Street and the Baroque Old Town. But be sure to double-check the exact location, as there are three Qiuguo Hotel branches on Central Street. The cleanliness and service were both top-notch. It's especially well-suited for younger guests with its smart room features; you just say 'Xiao Du' when you enter. What's more, sometimes when you order takeout or need something, a robot delivers it right to your room, which really excited my child. The first time, I even wondered whose phone was ringing, only to realize it was the robot calling for me! The staff were thoughtful and polite. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future travels.

The public transport is quite convenient, with the train station and subway station not far, about a ten-minute walk. Right downstairs, there's an airport shuttle bus for 20 yuan/person (I recommend taking the bus, as taxis to the airport incur a 30 yuan highway toll). Downstairs, there's a KFC, and nearby are McDonald's, Dicos, and plenty of other small shops. You need a card to get upstairs, which feels very secure. Deliveries are left directly on a table outside your door, which is very handy. The hygiene and facilities are decent, and the room is quite comfortable. The only downside is that every night after 10 PM, someone is constantly shouting – I'm not sure if they're touting for business or what, and I've even heard it at 1 or 2 AM. Luckily, I'm usually so tired from sightseeing that I fall asleep and don't hear it anymore...

Check-out supported a deposit-free, zero-second process, meaning no waiting for room inspection, which significantly saved time. The service was flexible and truly customer-centric. Overall, the professionalism of all the hotel staff was outstanding. The service was impeccable, never perfunctory, and there were no hidden fees or aggressive upselling. Their genuine and thoughtful service completely banished any sense of unfamiliarity for a traveler from afar, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the warmth of the 'Ice City.'
