The location is fantastic, right by the Songhua River! Cross the road and you're at the Songhua River and the cable car. It's just a 3-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Central Avenue. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked in and checked out. Our room included afternoon tea and snacks, and the breakfast was superb – truly outstanding! They had different Northeastern specialties every day, plus a wide variety of Russian dishes. You can really get a taste of the local cuisine. Highly recommended!

I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues. Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM. We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured.

The hotel's decor is quite unique, and it's very close to Central Avenue, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The front desk staff sits down to check guests in, which reminded me of the Old Cataract Hotel, the best hotel in Aswan, Egypt. The front desk lady provided excellent service, being warm and attentive. The room facilities were all pretty good, and the toilet even had a bidet. However, the automatic sensor was a bit too sensitive; it would flush constantly, even flushing several times while I was still wiping. The room was small and a bit cramped. Breakfast was very rich and served until 10:30 AM, and there was also an afternoon tea. The hotel's location is also very convenient for taxis, situated on a small street between Central Avenue and Shangzhi Street, closer to Shangzhi Street. It was raining on the day we checked in, and as soon as our car stopped, a doorman immediately came out with an umbrella to greet us and proactively helped with our luggage – very thoughtful. When checking out, I accidentally pinched my hand with my luggage, and the front desk lady immediately showed concern and brought over a band-aid. The complimentary souvenir was also quite uniquely packaged and styled.

Among hotels in the same price range, this one stands out for its exceptional cleanliness; both the floors and mirrors were spotless. The room features a smart control system, allowing easy operation of appliances and curtains. The blackout curtains are excellent, providing a perfect environment for a deep sleep. The service details were surprisingly good: not only was there a robot delivery service adding a fun touch, but the staff also proactively asked if I needed a change of bedsheets. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. Transportation is equally convenient, with Shangzhi Avenue Metro Station just behind the hotel and a bus stop right outside when you turn right. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The elevators were clean, smooth, and had short waiting times. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel location is perfect, just 4 minute walk to metro Shangzhi, 9 minutes walking straight distance to St Sophia Cathedral and Yibin cloth lunderground market, for Muslim you can have halal food 100 meter at the right street from the corner of the hotel which I used to take away 2 times while staying at the hotel. The hotel has luggage ramp at the right side of the hotel entrance, checkin and checkout is very fast, the receptionist can speak English at least helpful for those who do not speak Chinese, and I got welcome gift as well from the receptionist. The hotel has laundry room including detergent and dryer as well. Also has robot to deliver your food that you order from *******. There is also daily cleaning services. The safety is good, there is one day i just forgot to keep my ipad on the bed and it still there when i come back at night. I am thankful for the trusted service from the hotel staff. I recommend to fellow Malaysian traveller to stay here.

It truly immerses you in a relaxed ambiance brought by the exquisite renovation. Thank you for accommodating my room type request; the natural light was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. Special commendation to all the lovely and handsome service staff, and the doorman who helped with luggage. It was a wonderful experience, truly VIP treatment, and I appreciate the souvenir gift.

The hotel's additional services also showcased their attentiveness. There's a complimentary beverage station with unlimited refills, perfect for an energy boost anytime. Late at night, they even offer comforting congee, which was incredibly soothing after a long day. The hotel provides free luggage storage, convenient taxi-hailing services, and even robot delivery, which felt both secure and efficient. Check-out supported a deposit-free, zero-second process, meaning no waiting for room inspection, which significantly saved time. The service was flexible and truly customer-centric. Overall, the professionalism of all the hotel staff was outstanding. The service was impeccable, never perfunctory, and there were no hidden fees or aggressive upselling. Their genuine and thoughtful service completely banished any sense of unfamiliarity for a traveler from afar, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the warmth of the 'Ice City.' Next time I'm in Harbin, this hotel will be my first choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

Had a really comfortable stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is fantastic. They even gave us a fridge magnet! The room was very warm, and it's right on Central Street, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The hotel room was clean, and there's a self-service laundry room on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend!

This Hilton boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. You can walk to the Provincial Museum in one direction, and a bustling commercial district in the other, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It's a great choice for travelers, highly recommended. Although it's called the Central Street store, you still need to take the subway to get to Central Street, but it's more affordable than the Hilton located directly on Central Street. The location is truly superb.
