I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues. Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM. We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured.

The location is fantastic, right by the Songhua River! Cross the road and you're at the Songhua River and the cable car. It's just a 3-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Central Avenue. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked in and checked out. Our room included afternoon tea and snacks, and the breakfast was superb – truly outstanding! They had different Northeastern specialties every day, plus a wide variety of Russian dishes. You can really get a taste of the local cuisine. Highly recommended!

The Earl Hotel gave us the best experience during our trip to the Northeast! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station, Central Street, and St. Sophia Church. The hotel boasts a Russian architectural style, with a unique environment and facilities, and the housekeeping is impeccable. The breakfast spread is abundant and features distinctive Harbin flavors. Compared to the hotel's amenities, the service was the most genuine among all the hotels we stayed at during our Northeast trip. Whether it was requesting extra bottled water after a run, changing bedding at night, or arranging a late check-out, the hotel always responded promptly with thoughtful service. The early summer in Harbin is beautiful, and I look forward to returning to the 'Ice City' to enjoy the snow in the future and staying at The Earl Hotel again.

This Hilton boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. You can walk to the Provincial Museum in one direction, and a bustling commercial district in the other, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It's a great choice for travelers, highly recommended. Although it's called the Central Street store, you still need to take the subway to get to Central Street, but it's more affordable than the Hilton located directly on Central Street. The location is truly superb.

A decent, average hotel. Nothing special, but no major complaints either – just 'fine'. The only real issue was the late check-in. We arrived after midnight, and the hotel was very hard to find in the dark. The sign isn't very noticeable. If you're planning a late arrival, make sure you get clear directions or a contact number for the front desk beforehand. Other than that, it's a standard place to stay in Harbin.

They even upgraded my room! The price was reasonable, and the hotel was quite clean and kid-friendly. It's super convenient, just a few dozen meters from the subway station. Plus, there's a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea right next door and tons of restaurants on Central Street. The hotel is quiet despite being in a busy area – really peaceful! Overall, very good. I didn't use the complimentary photo session or the 'Goddess Package'.

The New Paris Hotel has an excellent location; right outside, there's a subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is great, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The amenities are very complete and well-maintained—the AC, TV, and high-speed WiFi all work perfectly, the shower pressure is stable, and they have everything from a parking lot to leisure areas. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, it meets all your needs. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip and sincerely recommend it to everyone!

Among hotels in the same price range, this one stands out for its exceptional cleanliness; both the floors and mirrors were spotless. The room features a smart control system, allowing easy operation of appliances and curtains. The blackout curtains are excellent, providing a perfect environment for a deep sleep. The service details were surprisingly good: not only was there a robot delivery service adding a fun touch, but the staff also proactively asked if I needed a change of bedsheets. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. Transportation is equally convenient, with Shangzhi Avenue Metro Station just behind the hotel and a bus stop right outside when you turn right. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The elevators were clean, smooth, and had short waiting times. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The public transport is quite convenient, with the train station and subway station not far, about a ten-minute walk. Right downstairs, there's an airport shuttle bus for 20 yuan/person (I recommend taking the bus, as taxis to the airport incur a 30 yuan highway toll). Downstairs, there's a KFC, and nearby are McDonald's, Dicos, and plenty of other small shops. You need a card to get upstairs, which feels very secure. Deliveries are left directly on a table outside your door, which is very handy. The hygiene and facilities are decent, and the room is quite comfortable. The only downside is that every night after 10 PM, someone is constantly shouting – I'm not sure if they're touting for business or what, and I've even heard it at 1 or 2 AM. Luckily, I'm usually so tired from sightseeing that I fall asleep and don't hear it anymore...

Every time I encountered a staff member, they would politely greet me. When we had a last-minute need for some personal items, the staff responded incredibly quickly, delivering them promptly with patience and thoughtfulness. The hotel's additional services also showcased their attentiveness. There's a complimentary beverage station with unlimited refills, perfect for an energy boost anytime. Late at night, they even offer comforting congee, which was incredibly soothing after a long day. The hotel provides free luggage storage, convenient taxi-hailing services, and even robot delivery, which felt both secure and efficient. Check-out supported a deposit-free, zero-second process, meaning no waiting for room inspection, which significantly saved time. The service was flexible and truly customer-centric. Overall, the professionalism of all the hotel staff was outstanding. The service was impeccable, never perfunctory, and there were no hidden fees or aggressive upselling. Their genuine and thoughtful service completely banished any sense of unfamiliarity for a traveler from afar, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the warmth of the 'Ice City.' Next time I'm in Harbin, this hotel will be my first choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!
