The rooms are clean, tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. Every stay here is a great experience. The service is attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes with diverse flavors, and the food is fresh.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right by a pedestrian street and the Provincial Museum, both within walking distance. It's also not far from Central Street; if you don't have elderly people or children with you, walking is perfectly fine. Most attractions are just a few kilometers away. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and there's a slight odor in the room, but it doesn't affect the stay. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Front desk staff Xiao Zhang provided excellent service. The breakfast was good and the environment was pleasant. Overall, very satisfied.

The room was spacious and super close to the train station, just a few hundred meters walk. We specifically booked twin beds because we were traveling with a child, and we could push them together, which was perfect for our family of three – no more getting kicked awake by the kid at night! It was very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste. Highly recommend! The only minor issue was that the room door was incredibly stiff and required a lot of force to close, but everything else was perfect.

After an unpleasant experience at my previous hotel, I was really touched by the enthusiastic staff here. They showed me a room and then helped me compare it with another family room, recommending the cheaper and more value-for-money triple family room. The hotel's breakfast is definitely the highlight; the variety is absolutely amazing! It's a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, catering to different dietary habits from both northern and southern regions. Staples like noodles, steamed buns, corn, pumpkin, and rice are all available. Western breakfast items like desserts, waffles, small cakes, and bread are also plentiful. Even staying for two days, the selection changed, and the juices, coffee, milk, and soy milk (original, grain) were all so complete! A wonderful Harbin trip starts with a delightful breakfast!

Our stay at this new hotel was fantastic! The room was super spacious, perfect for two adults and a child. They even set up a sofa bed for us, so everyone had their own bed. Having a bathtub was a huge plus – after a day of digging for shells, a hot soak was incredibly relaxing for the little one. Our room on the 15th floor offered amazing views from the large window, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The self-service laundry was convenient, and my child thoroughly enjoyed the gym. The wontons at breakfast were delicious, and they even added beef! While the selection wasn't as vast as a Hilton, the quality of ingredients was outstanding. We especially loved the healthy salads with kale. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. It's only a 10-minute walk to Qinhuang Alley, and a short taxi ride to Xigang Garden, Jinmeng Coast, and Qianshuiwan. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qinhuangdao!

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the 88 per person price tag. The front desk staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. A big thank you to Mike, who was very helpful. The laundry room was a lifesaver; being able to wash and dry clothes every day in this heat was fantastic.

I stayed at two Hampton Inn hotels during my trip to Harbin, and this one was definitely better. Firstly, the location is closer to attractions like Central Street, and within walking distance to Qiu Lin Company, the popular Xinhua Bookstore, and a local grocery store. The room was also larger, and the king-size room was quieter as it didn't face the street. The hotel service was professional and prompt; for example, the front desk was quick to assist, and breakfast table clearing was fast.

The location is super convenient, right next to a big mall and very close to the subway station. The service was warm and attentive, definitely recommend it.
