The hotel's location is fantastic – really close to Central Street and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. The subway station is only about 100 meters away. Both the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly. The hotel facilities are comfortable, and the decor is spot on. It's one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room even had a projector, which my child absolutely loved; they didn't want to leave! The breakfast was also varied and plentiful. All in all, it was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit in the winter!

Harbin in summer – you get what you pay for! The day before, I stayed near Central Street; that hotel wasn't cheap but it was small and damp, and had virtually no facilities (not throwing shade, just a comparison)... The next day, I decisively moved to Mercure! Oh my god, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed! Location: It's not far from St. Sophia Church and Central Street. Harbin Museum is right across the street, and it's close to the river, so you can walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower or the Middle East Railway Bridge – all the must-see spots are within a leisurely stroll. Facilities: The lobby isn't huge, but it's comfortable and well-designed. The room layout is sensible, with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, electric curtains, and a Dyson hairdryer. The laundry room, gym, and restaurant are all on the 3rd floor. Hygienics: Perfect score. Service: Extremely satisfied. The staff are all very enthusiastic and polite. The front desk receptionists are particularly patient; besides basic check-in services, they patiently chatted with a guest who was constantly talking, engaging in genuine conversation back and forth. Double Lobby Buffet Afternoon Tea: A big plus, very popular with seniors and children. Warm Midnight Snack: Different snacks every day, highly recommended. You pick them up at the front desk based on the number of people in the room. Fingertip Fun, Creative De-stressing Perler Bead Activity: My child was obsessed with Perler beads, so I booked it without hesitation! The only minor issue was that some bead colors were out of stock; it would be best if they could be replenished promptly. Also, the space felt a bit cramped. For a hotel of this caliber, it would be more appealing to guests if they had a separate room for children's activities.

Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

To all my fellow travelers visiting Harbin, you *must* stay here! The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. When checking in, they even contacted my parents to confirm my companion's identity and ask for their consent since I'm a minor – that's some serious responsibility! The water is free, and in the lobby, they have iodine swabs, nail clippers, and all sorts of daily necessities. Plus, lots of foreigners stay here too; I ran into so many Russians, haha. When we checked out, my friend accidentally left something behind, and the front desk actually contacted us about it – what amazing service! It was a truly satisfying stay. The only minor downside is that some water tends to flow out from the shower area, but since it's a wet/dry separation, it's really quite good overall. ❤️ (And no, I'm not an advertorial!)

The bed was spotless, the bedding soft and dry with no strange odors, and the pillows and mattress were just the right firmness, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was very well executed. Even the window sills were sparkling clean, and the overall environment was neat and bright, which made me feel very secure and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The high-quality service and clean environment truly made for a fantastic experience! The next time I'm in this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to all my traveling friends.

Our whole family came to Harbin this time, and the ladies at the front desk were all so thoughtful. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, they kindly reminded us to bring rain gear. The room was spacious and very clean, and all the toiletries were well-prepared. The location is unbeatable; it's right on the lively Central Street, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Wishing them a prosperous business!

I stayed for four nights, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free, which was excellent value for money. The mattress and pillows were just right – neither too soft nor too hard – so I slept very comfortably. All the staff were very polite, and the mini-fridge drinks were replenished daily. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it had the basics like noodles and bread, enough to satisfy simple needs. The hotel is located on Central Avenue, near Zhaolin Park. It's not super close to the subway station, but there's a bus stop nearby, and ride-sharing services are convenient. The only downside was that my room was quite close to the adjacent folk music bar and staff work area, so I could hear music playing and loud conversations at night.

新裝修的酒店，整體的設施設備都特別好，健身房洗衣房都有，非常的方便，現在哈爾濱淡季了，酒店還特意給升級了房間，服務是真的很周到。早餐非常不錯，菜品種類很多，還有孩子愛吃的糕點，特別適合帶孩子的家庭。最讓我滿意的就是酒店位置了，去哪裡都很方便，門口不遠就有公交車和地鐵站，強烈推薦去哈爾濱玩的人選擇這裏，不會後悔的！

This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin.

Facilities: The room layout was pretty good, and the interior was clean. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very plentiful and good value for money at 48 yuan per person, which isn't expensive at all. However, the window in our 7th-floor room, while a bright window, had a horizontal partition outside, blocking the view. The outdoor platform also wasn't aesthetically pleasing, with leftover construction debris and cobwebs. Make sure to choose a room close to the elevator. There's only one elevator on the entire floor. They were responsive to requests for anything we needed, so why didn't I give a full five stars for service? Because I booked a room for my companion that was listed as 30 sq.m. on the order, but was actually only 29 sq.m. This wasn't something we measured; the front desk staff confirmed the size of room 766. The hotel was argumentative about it, refused to admit fault, and offered no compensation. This was unsatisfactory. Although Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue, it left a bad impression. It felt like they were short-changing us.
