The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!

This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin.

The front desk and room staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, odor-free, and the bedding and towels were spotless. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Having 24-hour hot water was a plus, and there's an elevator for convenience. They offer a free private parking lot. The location is excellent – you can easily walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street (even via an underground mall passage). Dining options are plentiful, with fast food downstairs, and there's a large supermarket directly across the street offering incredibly affordable fruits and pastries.

Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! 1. **Excellent service, a definite highlight!** The staff helped me send a package and even unlocked the door for my elderly parents. They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. A big thank you to all the front desk staff and the lady who was responsible for checking the rooms. 2. **Fantastic location!** It's right next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a traffic light away. 3. **Private parking available**, which is incredibly important. The Home Inn next door doesn't even have a car park. 4. **Newly renovated** with a well-designed room layout.

The hotel location is very near to St Soffit Church and Mr. Lee Restaurant provide nice foods just next door. Overall good location and convenient to travel around this area. A nice stay in Harbin trip.

This was my first time staying at a Mercure, and its location in Harbin's tourist area is excellent. The twin room offered great value for money. The staff were very professional. The room was a bit small, but well-designed, and surprisingly, it even had a mini-fridge. Initially, I had booked a non-Mercure hotel, but due to a typhoon, I had to cancel it. By the time I rebooked, there were no twin rooms left. The lobby of this Mercure hotel was quite small, which made me a bit apprehensive at first. During peak tourist season, family and twin rooms are really hard to come by. But since I was traveling with elderly family members, we had to make do. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is actually quite large with many rooms and excellent service all around. Our twin room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet, perfect for the elderly to rest. My family was very satisfied with this hotel during our trip to Harbin.

Bringing my daughter to Harbin, choosing the Licheng Longzhang Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch) was such a wise decision! The location is superb, within walking distance to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super easy to explore and eat with a child. The front desk staff were incredibly warm; seeing we had a little one, they proactively offered a small gift – a cute Russian-style pendant and some candies. My daughter was jumping for joy when she got them, instantly boosting her fondness for Harbin! The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was comfortable, so my daughter slept soundly. The service at this hotel was truly thoughtful and heartfelt, giving our parent-child trip a perfect start. Definitely five-star worthy!

The service was excellent, and the hotel's central location is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. All the facilities are brand new and work perfectly. The location is superb, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Any issues were resolved quickly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The room is spacious and gets great sunlight. The disposable amenities provided are top-notch for a hotel in this price range. The front desk service was excellent; they met all my needs within five minutes. The location is the best I've experienced in all my stays in Harbin – it's super close to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and the subway station. The Hongzhuan Street morning market is right downstairs, and there are plenty of great restaurants within a 10-minute walk. This was the first time I've returned to the hotel so many times in one day: after shopping, after dinner, after buying drinks, and after visiting the morning market, and even brought back breakfast! The fried yellow croaker for breakfast was delicious, and they even froze the ingredients I packed the day before and then cooked them for me. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the most satisfying experience.
