This hotel is really great! First off, the location is excellent. It's directly across from the Cross-River Cableway Castle, right next to the Songhua River and Stalin Park, and very close to Central Street. Plus, there's a subway station right nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide earplugs and humidifiers. The breakfast spread is abundant, and you can enjoy authentic Harbin local snacks and Russian cuisine. Thirdly, let's talk about the service – it's truly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The lobby walls are covered with small cards offering various Harbin travel tips, which you can take as needed. The staff's enthusiasm makes you feel like they want to give you the very best. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The soundproofing was also good; I didn't hear any noise. When ordering takeout, it arrives at the front desk, and you can even have a robot deliver it to your room for free, which was a nice touch. It's very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, but we didn't have time to take photos with the kids.

It was a pleasant stay overall. However, the guy who worked the night shift was very rude, but other staff were very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the night shift stuff should be improved. Location of the hotel was good as it was in the walking street area.

Choosing the Shangri-La Hotel for my trip to Harbin was an excellent decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry bathroom separation. The smart voice-activated devices were handy, and the mattress and pillows were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a robot delivering items. The free laundry service was very practical. Overall, it’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is good. There are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for trips to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

The point is that the trash can is less. The TV in the living room can be replaced with a projection. It is more perfect. If the electric water heater can be larger, it will be better. The house has heating. The room is very hot. Remember to wear short-sleeved shorts to sleep, otherwise you will sweat. There is also a bathroom. Can you install a light to go to the toilet? The hotel decoration is old, but clean and tidy, no smell, the bathroom has no anti-odor, my room is facing the street and the overpass, the window is not too noisy, there are 20 flats in the room, there are dredging and hangers, Stayed very well, stayed for another 1 night in Trip.com , the hotel location took a few bus stops to Central Street and Songhua River, taxi is also a few 10 yuan 8 yuan, there are small shops around, breakfast and dinner, 5 minutes to the airport bus stop, it is worth staying, Harbin Station takes 15 minutes by bus to the hotel, and the airport takes 45 minutes to the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Location: Perfect location near major attractions like St. Sophia Cathedral, Plaza Tuolong, and Yibin Store. Note: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station (about 10 mins), but manageable. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality.
