The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral via subway. I particularly liked the water purification system in the hotel. Although our king-size room faced the street, the noise wasn't an issue and I slept very well, probably because I was so tired from sightseeing.

From the balcony, we can see the Central Street. The location is fantastic! It's right next to several churches, and you can easily walk to Early Morning and Zhuang Street. Plus, there's a park nearby and a market where you can grab snacks. Taxis are always available instantly, and if you're not in a rush, the public bus can get you everywhere too. The toilet in the room is very convenient, and the hotel facilities are new overall. The front desk staff are super friendly, and the place is both quiet and clean. The air conditioning works great and isn't noisy at all!

It was a pleasant stay overall. However, the guy who worked the night shift was very rude, but other staff were very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the night shift stuff should be improved. Location of the hotel was good as it was in the walking street area.

Choosing the Shangri-La Hotel for my trip to Harbin was an excellent decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry bathroom separation. The smart voice-activated devices were handy, and the mattress and pillows were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a robot delivering items. The free laundry service was very practical. Overall, it’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is good. There are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for trips to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's just across the road from Saint Sophia Cathedral and very close to Daoli Vegetable Market. It's also a short bike ride to Anjing Street Morning Market, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff provided good service and we were able to store our luggage. The room was generally clean, though some of the facilities are a bit old, but still perfectly functional. Overall, it's great value for money and a perfect place to stay for tourists.

I am a solo traveler, on September 15, 2025 Check in, booked 3 nights Jinjiang Inn Hotel on other platforms, the first time I stayed, the hotel was upgraded to room 802. The hotel decoration is old, but clean and tidy, no smell, the bathroom has no anti-odor, my room is facing the street and the overpass, the window is not too noisy, there are 20 flats in the room, there are dredging and hangers, Stayed very well, stayed for another 1 night in Trip.com , the hotel location took a few bus stops to Central Street and Songhua River, taxi is also a few 10 yuan 8 yuan, there are small shops around, breakfast and dinner, 5 minutes to the airport bus stop, it is worth staying, Harbin Station takes 15 minutes by bus to the hotel, and the airport takes 45 minutes to the hotel.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center. There's a public transport stop directly opposite the hotel entrance. Nearby, there's a shopping mall with food courts and underground markets with various goods. St. Sophia Cathedral is within walking distance, and Harbin's Arbat street and many other markets are close by. The host was very responsive to all our requests, quickly addressing them and even allowed us to stay longer, free of charge. There's Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a small kitchen, a kettle, a pot, dishes, and a refrigerator. The bed linen was snow-white and clean. And the biggest plus is that it was inexpensive. Overall, our family of five (my wife, three children, and I) really enjoyed it. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the photos are accurate.
