I specifically came for my child's graduation ceremony at Harbin Institute of Technology, and choosing Harte Business Hotel was absolutely perfect! It's super close to the university, making trips to and from campus incredibly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were complete. The staff were warm and attentive, making my entire stay very comfortable. I highly recommend it to other parents attending graduation!

Facilities: The room was excellent! Well-equipped and complete with everything needed. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy! The bedding was also spotless. Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free, which made our stay very comfortable.

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were very quick. They even gave us a free room upgrade. The hotel offers a variety of room types to suit different traveler needs. The location is good, making it easy to catch a taxi, and there are many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy.

The environment here is absolutely amazing! There's a lovely little courtyard outside, like a farmhouse, where you can sit on small chairs, enjoy some tea and snacks, and soak up the sun. The hostess is also incredibly nice and super welcoming ˶＞ᗜ＜˶ And there's absolutely no strange smell inside the room! It's very comfortable. Highly recommend it! The location is super convenient too. The subway station is just a short walk away, and it's close to Central Avenue and the train station. I've already saved this place. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin overall — the room was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Everything else about the stay was good. The only small downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who helped us check in was quite curt and perfunctory — just handed us the key card without any additional information about breakfast, laundry Wi-Fi, or hotel facilities. We had to ask for those details ourselves A bit more warmth or a quick rundown at check-in would have made the arrival feel more welcoming. Still, we’d recommend the hotel. Just hoping for a friendlier front desk experience next time…And a smile may be? The rest of the staff however - from housekeeping to the parking bao an- couldn’t have been nicer. More than made up for that frosty first impression. Given the chance, will gladly return.

This hotel offers great value for money overall, with convenient access to all the attractions, whether by subway or taxi. It's clean and tidy, and the heating works wonderfully. There's also a free laundry room. The staff are friendly and efficient. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in! 👏 It was a very pleasant stay.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. **Pros:** The soundproofing in the room was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Our family suite, room 1801, was incredibly spacious, and both the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The large TV was great, and screen mirroring was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfying. The noodles and wontons, a specialty of Starway, were exceptionally delicious! The melon served at breakfast was incredibly sweet; I had several slices every day! The view from the large window was stunning. **Cons:** Upon arrival after 2 PM on the first day, our room wasn't ready, which made the check-in process a bit slow. The front desk seemed understaffed. The bathroom in suite 1801 was not properly waterproofed; we could clearly hear the sounds of showering from the floor above. However, my friends in other rooms didn't experience this issue, suggesting it might be a specific problem with our suite, 1801. Upon check-in, we noticed there were no towels or bath towels, but they were quickly delivered after a phone call. There was no soap dish. There were no hooks or racks to hang clothes and towels in the shower area. The conditioner came in sachets and was oddly placed in the drawer with the toothbrushes and toothpaste, not in the shower area. I initially thought no conditioner was provided. This seemed quite illogical.

ห้องพักสไตล์ budget hotel คุ้มค่าราคาสำหรับการใช้นอนเพื่อเที่ยวและกิน ลักษณะด้านหน้ามีแค่ lobby เล็กๆ แต่มีลิฟต์ขึ้นไปชั้น 6 พอขึ้นไป จะเป็นอาคารยาวๆ เดินแบบยาวจริง เดินไกลเลย เป็นห้องพักหมดทั้งชั้น น่าจะเกือบ 100 ห้องได้ ภายในก็มี heater ติดตั้งไว้ ไม่ต้องกลัวจะหนาว มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น สไตล์คนไทย อาบน้ำได้ทุกวัน เตียงกับหมอนก็ไม่นุ่มมาก ความสะอาดอาจจะเจอฝุ่นบ้าง ที่สำคัญประตูห้องน้ำล็อคไม่ได้ น่าจะเสียพอดี ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้แหล่งของกินนะ แต่ก็ห่างจากโบสถ์ saint sophia พอประมาณ ต้องเรียก 滴滴 ไป-กลับอยู่ดี แต่ถือว่าเดินทางสะดวกไปถึงสนามบินง่าย แต่สนามบินอยู่ไกลจริงๆ ค่ารถประมาณ 500 บาทไทย จากสนามบินเข้ามาในเมือง แต่รวมๆ ประทับใจกับทริปนี้

The room was clean, had a smart toilet, and robot food delivery. It was spacious enough for one person with a large suitcase. Across from the hotel was a small, trendy green train-style barbecue restaurant. There were also plenty of other options nearby, like Heytea, cake shops, and spicy hot pot restaurants. There were two subway stations within 200 meters. The hotel rooftop even had a Russian-style chapel design, which looked quite interesting.

Must give Atour +10086 points! ‼️ This Atour truly lives up to my careful selection. The location is excellent, with complete amenities nearby. The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜
