Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the breakfast selection was varied and fresh. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. We'll definitely choose this place again!

We are allowed to keep our luggage till mid afternoon after checking out in the morning. It is a pleasant that a snowman is decorated outside our room. A good kwongchau restaurant is just opposite to the hotel. We are able to have a dinner at late evening around 22:30.

Everything else was fine, but we mainly chose this hotel for the pool. It turned out to be an affiliated facility, meaning we had to leave the hotel, re-enter another building, and even pay a deposit. To make matters worse, the pool was completely occupied by training sessions. For our kids, who can't swim and just wanted to splash around, it was absolutely maddening, haha! The hotel's location is good, not far from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. However, catching a taxi back was quite a challenge, and parking was also difficult for those driving.

Traveling with my child for the college entrance exam at No. 19 Middle School, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision. It's just a two-minute walk to the exam hall, and the room was comfortable with excellent facilities. The hotel truly excelled in the details – thoughtful touches like quiet reminders, motivational banners, lucky bracelets, and snacks were all provided. They even offered a complimentary meeting room for parents to rest during lunch, which was incredibly considerate. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and well-balanced nutrition!

This hotel offers great value for money overall, with convenient access to all the attractions, whether by subway or taxi. It's clean and tidy, and the heating works wonderfully. There's also a free laundry room. The staff are friendly and efficient. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in! 👏 It was a very pleasant stay.

An experience that exceeded expectations. The room facilities are complete and the space is relatively large. The curtains are very good at blocking out light. The takeout is automatically delivered by robots, which ensures internal safety and does not require you to go downstairs to get it. This is a five-star rating. The central air conditioner is very effective, both cooling and heating are effective very quickly. The location is opposite the Polytechnic University. There is a snack street and supermarket downstairs. There is Shuimutang City opposite where you can take a bath. It is less than one kilometer away from CapitaLand Plaza and very close to the subway station. Overall, this stay was a great value for money experience and is recommended.

Upon entering, the lobby was incredibly neat and clean. The bar staff were very friendly and spoke softly. The room had complete facilities, was clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. We could also store our luggage, which made it very convenient for going out and running errands. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and satisfying. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Right next to Harbin Institute of Technology, and within walking distance to popular morning markets where you can easily try authentic local breakfasts. It's a great value-for-money stay. There's also a small courtyard behind the hotel where you can sit and relax, which is very pleasant.

The toilet has an automatic sensor-activated heating function, which is great. The shower head has a strong water pressure and is very comfortable. Room 302, which I was assigned, was very quiet and excellent. The TV has a membership, which is convenient for my child to watch cartoons. 👍 The airport bus stop is right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for travelers. The sink is in the middle of the room, so water easily spills onto the floor. This seems to be a design flaw; I don't know about other rooms. The breakfast in the restaurant is rather basic… I want to focus on the issue of my child's injury at the hotel. Having traveled extensively with my child over the years, this is the first time he's been injured in a hotel. The reason was that the aluminum strip on the door of the hotel restaurant's public restroom had rolled edges, exposing sharp corners. The door also bounced back quickly when pushed open, and my child was caught in the slamming aluminum strip before he was fully out of the room. Thankfully, the injury wasn't serious. I'm grateful to the receptionist who immediately took my child and me to the hospital for a check-up and even brought us some anti-inflammatory medication; she was very responsible. I hope the hotel will conduct more internal inspections to eliminate safety hazards and prevent unnecessary injuries. 🙏

I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Lan Mei at the front desk – she is absolutely top-tier in hotel service! I called beforehand asking for a non-smoking room, and even though it was late, I expected to wait for a callback. Instead, she picked up immediately, patiently confirmed my request, and even made a special note for ”priority on a quiet floor.” Within ten minutes of hanging up, she called back to say it was all sorted. Her efficiency and attentiveness really impressed me! Checking in was even more delightful. Ms. Lan Mei was not only fast but also proactively told me, ”The room Wi-Fi password is on the bedside table” and ”The elevator is just left out the door.” When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water – this isn't just service, it's like being cared for by a friend! The hotel itself is also beyond reproach: the facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed, the cleanliness is so good I wasn't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, the soundproofing is so effective I couldn't hear the next-door room closing its door, and even the hand soap in the room had a lovely citrus scent. Every detail was perfect!
