I had a lovely stay at the Harbin Blog Hotel! If I return to Harbin, I would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, it’s just a short walk to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants. Best of all, the hotel was quiet, exceptionally clean, and kept wonderfully warm, making it a perfect, cozy retreat during the freezing winter months.

The water pipes were incredibly noisy all night on May 16th. There was no refrigerator or bottled water. I requested a room in the back, but they gave me the innermost one. Lots of tour groups were complaining to the front desk about peeling paint on the ceiling and walls. The breakfast juice was Mirinda, and the fermented bean curd was absolutely awful. It cost 388 RMB during the National Day holiday! I'll never stay here again.

This hotel offers great value for money overall, with convenient access to all the attractions, whether by subway or taxi. It's clean and tidy, and the heating works wonderfully. There's also a free laundry room. The staff are friendly and efficient. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in! 👏 It was a very pleasant stay.

My child took the high school entrance exam at No. 19 Middle School, so I specifically booked the Hart Business Hotel right across the street. The location was absolutely perfect; the exam venue was right outside, so we didn't have to rush in the morning. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and it was nice and quiet. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, especially attentive to the needs of exam-takers. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay for me as a parent accompanying my child. I highly recommend it to all parents of exam candidates!

My stay at Spring Chain Hotel was an unexpectedly perfect experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was touched by the warm atmosphere and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process, and patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast particularly stood out, offering a wide variety of delicious local specialties. What's more, the hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation, plenty of shopping and dining options, and it's also very close to the Harbin Institute of Technology Aerospace Museum. The Airport Shuttle Bus Line 2 stops right outside, with buses running every 15 minutes or so. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to every traveler and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

A perfect experience! This hotel was absolutely the highlight of my trip! The location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and surrounded by authentic restaurants and popular attractions. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they proactively upgraded my room and even gave me a welcome fruit platter! The room design was simple yet sophisticated, the bedding was as soft as a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent—I couldn't hear any street noise at all. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with freshly cooked noodles and freshly baked bread that gave me the motivation to get up early every day! The most touching moment was when the staff gave me a local-style postcard as a souvenir upon check-out. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, making it the undisputed king of value! I will definitely stay here again without hesitation next time, and I highly recommend it to all travelers who appreciate quality!

The room was clean, had a smart toilet, and robot food delivery. It was spacious enough for one person with a large suitcase. Across from the hotel was a small, trendy green train-style barbecue restaurant. There were also plenty of other options nearby, like Heytea, cake shops, and spicy hot pot restaurants. There were two subway stations within 200 meters. The hotel rooftop even had a Russian-style chapel design, which looked quite interesting.

Leman Hotel is really cost-effective. I booked it for two days and felt very good. I stayed for another day. The newly opened, very clean, the service is very good, the store manager is very responsible, help guide the parking space, help with luggage, the front desk day shift and night shift service attitude is good, The floor attendant on the third floor, Ms. Shang, is also very responsible and has a good attitude. In short, it is a good experience. All aspects are more intimate and comfortable. The bedding is also very clean. It is a highly recommended hotel.

I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Lan Mei at the front desk – she is absolutely top-tier in hotel service! I called beforehand asking for a non-smoking room, and even though it was late, I expected to wait for a callback. Instead, she picked up immediately, patiently confirmed my request, and even made a special note for ”priority on a quiet floor.” Within ten minutes of hanging up, she called back to say it was all sorted. Her efficiency and attentiveness really impressed me! Checking in was even more delightful. Ms. Lan Mei was not only fast but also proactively told me, ”The room Wi-Fi password is on the bedside table” and ”The elevator is just left out the door.” When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water – this isn't just service, it's like being cared for by a friend! The hotel itself is also beyond reproach: the facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed, the cleanliness is so good I wasn't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, the soundproofing is so effective I couldn't hear the next-door room closing its door, and even the hand soap in the room had a lovely citrus scent. Every detail was perfect!
