The hotel is spotless and tidy. Their breakfast buffet is reliably good, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, including freshly ground coffee, Western pastries, as well as local specialties like Harbin red sausage and various congees. Ingredients are fresh, and dishes are replenished promptly. The dining area is kept at a comfortable temperature with air conditioning, making for a clean and pleasant dining experience. All staff members are highly professional. The front desk patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and the lobby staff were polite and friendly. All our requests were handled promptly, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being overly formal, and very attentive. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin. Five stars, highly recommended!

Traveling with my elderly parents and kids, we stayed at this hotel. Parking was a bit of a hassle as we had to find our own spot. The front desk staff were very warm and accommodating; they even helped my daughter switch rooms when she requested it. The hotel itself is very quiet, and while the rooms aren't huge, they are quite clean. It's also very convenient for getting around. We booked a mahjong room, which was a suite. Dining downstairs was also very convenient.

Came to Harbin for Li Ronghao's concert, so I stayed at this Hilton. First off, it's incredibly close to the venue, just across the street. Secondly, the facilities aren't great; it's new but feels a bit basic. On the bright side, the front desk and concierge service were excellent. They even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I checked out! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for a concert.

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin International Exhibition Center with my child, and we were very satisfied. The location is excellent, the room is clean, and the front desk check-in was quick. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and the restaurant service was very enthusiastic. They offer both Chinese and Western dishes: freshly cooked wonton noodles and Harbin red sausage that costs dozens of yuan a catty outside. During the May Day holiday, they even had steak distribution, which was such great value! Plus, the front desk upgraded our room, and it was soundproofed. Highly recommend!

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

The environment is quite good and very convenient. The only downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring; you can only watch cable TV. The front desk service was excellent, and the cleaning staff were very nice; it was very clean. It's directly opposite the exhibition center.

I went to see a concert in early August. This hotel is very close to the venue, just across the street. The price is relatively favorable. I booked a windowless room on the B1 floor. There are many rooms and they are quite large. Although there are no windows, there are ventilation fans in the corridors and rooms, so there is no odor. The facilities and environment are relatively new and clean. The owner is also warm and thoughtful, going up and down the stairs to help with luggage. It is highly recommended.

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

The room was spotless and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near a subway station, shopping malls, a park, and a snack street – everything you could want. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the shift manager and staff personally guided us and patiently explained routes to every guest. The hotel even gave us cute star hair clips as a unique souvenir! The parking lot is spacious, and the hotel offers expansive views. I highly recommend this hotel; the experience was fantastic! The hotel is newly opened and the environment is clean. However, the room on the first day was a bit noisy. I reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk said they would change my room for me, but I slept like this all night without much rest. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, I was greeted by a girl named Xinxin. It should be the manager here. She is very enthusiastic and laughs. After hearing my request, she immediately changed my room and moved me to a higher floor. They also gave me fruits and helped me change the room card for a new room. I hope the hotel employees will be trained according to the standards of Manager Xinxin. I will choose to stay here next time. I also work in a hotel. I welcome her to visit my place and share her experiences with my employees.
