We booked a family room and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very comfortable. It's close to Caoshi Street, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals. The robot delivery for food orders was also very handy. However, the service didn't feel as good as other places. I left a bottle of facial cleanser and a small accessory behind, but no staff member reached out. When I called to inquire, they said they would look into it, but I never heard back. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was at a comfortable level anyway.

The rooms in this store are really what you get. The rooms are bright and clean, and there is no hidden dirt. You can see the seriousness of the cleaning staff. Especially when I just came back from Cong Mohe, I felt as comfortable as going home as soon as I opened the door! The store provides a complete range of personal toiletries, so you can take a hot bath and watch VIP movies comfortably. . . very nice!
