The hotel is beautiful, quaint, and has a profound ambiance. We were truly impressed when we arrived at night. The staff were very enthusiastic and provided ample information to meet all our needs. The room was spacious but a bit noisy, as it's located right by a bustling street. However, it didn't affect our sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had perfect water temperature and good pressure. Toiletries were replenished daily, and cleaning was prompt. The location is convenient, making for a great experience. Thank you! The Baroque-style popsicles were delicious! 😋

For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me.

My first trip to Harbin really let me experience the warmth of the Northeastern people. This hotel is nestled in the Zhonghua Baroque historical district, and its Republic of China era style is truly charming. They even offered afternoon tea on my first day. I stayed here for seven days and was completely satisfied. The breakfast bento box was also very creative.

The whole was a gentle cream and quiet wind, and every detail made people feel very comfortable. ✨ Design and Atmosphere • The arc arch design in the room poked me too much, separating the rest area and the bedroom naturally, both spatial and artistic. • The oversized moon lamp is the finishing touch. When it is turned on at night, the whole room instantly becomes romantic and healing, and the atmosphere is directly full. • The overall color is soft beige and light gray, with log-colored furniture, let people relax as soon as they enter the door. 🛋️ Space and layout • The room is very spacious and the moving line is smooth. The big bed in the bedroom is soft and comfortable, the pillows and bedding are very skin-friendly, and you can sleep well all night. • The lazy bean bag sofa and orange futon in the lounge area are my favorite corners. It’s not too pleasant to bask in the sun and read a book here in the afternoon. • The large windows are equipped with white gauze curtains, and natural light shines through the gauze curtains, and the whole room becomes transparent and bright. 📸 Movie production rate is super high • Whether it is an arch, a moon lamp, or a small corner by the window, any shot is an ins wind blockbuster, no filters are required at all. • The green plants and small ornaments in the room are also very tasteful, adding a lot of vitality to the whole space. Overall, this was a great stay. The room has a strong sense of design and high comfort, which is very suitable for couples dating, friends gathering or emptying alone. If you also like this healing style, this hotel is definitely worth a try!

Arrived at 8 AM after getting off the train and had breakfast. The front desk staff diligently checked if there were any rooms ready for us, and to our surprise, there was an available room! We had originally booked two rooms, but they couldn't be together. In the end, we canceled one, and the remaining room was upgraded to a family room – such warm and helpful Northeasterners! The family room was very spacious, especially the bathroom, which was large and clean, with excellent hot water. The location is also very convenient, close to everything.

Pretty good overall. The bathtub was nice and big, and the air conditioning was surprisingly powerful; I thought it wouldn't be enough for two bedrooms, but it was fine. The bathroom was a bit lacking though – the shower water kept going from hot to cold, and the toilet didn't flush very smoothly.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few dozen meters from Oriental Baroque. It has a very vintage, Shanghai feel, with a touch of Republic of China era charm. The room furnishings are also very tasteful. The elevator reminds me a bit of the Peninsula Hotel in Shanghai. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, they provided mouthwash, eye masks, and disposable towels. When checking out, they even gave us a bunch of small snacks, which was a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely consider booking this place again when friends visit.

When arriving, the real name of the hotel is Loffel Hotel. The location is very strategic. For Muslims, it is easy to find halal food and close to the Doawai Mosque. In front of the hotel there is a Harbin Mosque metro station. For towels, the staff does not change every day, but you have to request from the workers so they will give you the new one. Likewise, the mineral water in the room, you have to request it too. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my stay here.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was absolutely adorable and the kids loved it. It was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we slept like a log. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The location is super convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. The kids are already asking to stay here again next time. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for an exam. The room was very clean, and it was incredibly close to the test center—just a three-minute walk! The transportation was super convenient, with the subway station right across the street. The front desk staff (especially the lady) provided excellent service. Great value for money!
