The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast featured authentic Northeastern dishes, both comforting and delicious. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently smiling and patient, proactively helping with luggage, calling taxis, and recommending local food. When you're constantly on the go, this kind of thoughtful warmth is truly invaluable. Mercure isn't just a hotel; it feels more like a temporary home. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this warmth to all my friends.
