I booked this hotel because I was taking an exam nearby. The owner was very nice and even wished me good luck on my exam! Haha. The room was very clean, sunny, and warm. I felt very safe and comfortable there. It was a really great hotel. It was my first choice for accommodation because it's also very close to the exam center.

Awesome one-bedroom and one-living homestay! The room was clean and tidy, the heating was super sufficient, and the chill was dispersed instantly when I entered the house, and it was particularly warm and comfortable. The kitchen utensils are complete, it is very convenient to buy vegetables and cook by yourself, saving a lot of dining expenses. The surrounding supermarkets and snack bars are not far away, and the needs of life can be met at hand.

Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 2, just one stop away from the Ice and Snow World, making it easy to get around. We booked the Courtyard Family Suite, which has a well-designed layout with a TV wall separating the two king-sized bedrooms, offering good convenience. While the hotel is a bit older, it's fully equipped with amenities, and the cleanliness is well maintained. I noticed collision protection stickers on the table corners, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary breakfast every day. Room service robots deliver food and water quickly, so you don't have to wait long.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

我很少寫評價的，今天住完必須寫一個評價了，因為他家優點和缺點都太明顯了。 1.環境方面:環境方面是真沒的説，作為電競酒店床的乾淨程度是和賓館一個級別的雙人床，而且很乾凈整潔，廁所洗漱用品和牙膏牙刷都是雙人份的，提供了兩瓶免費的水。空調也很涼爽，前台對衞生方面很貼心，環境方面真可以給5星。 2.硬件方面:鼠標是gpw2沒有問題，電腦桌能自己調整高度也沒有問題，有問題的是鍵盤。他家用的是小鍵盤，而且不是一般的小鍵盤，沒有上下左右箭頭的那種超級小鍵盤，在玩部分遊戲的時候像***一樣難受，而且是type-c數據線連接，打fps的時候ws有時候會斷觸，微信問前台有沒有大鍵盤前台説沒有，先不説其他的就説作為一個電競酒店是對大鍵盤有什麼意見嗎，大家可能不用但是你至少要準備一兩個吧。前台有大鍵盤然後我去借的時候説他們辦公用死活不給，我沒招了。建議玩部分要用右邊的遊戲的朋友慎重考慮。 3.隔音:隔音不太好，我旁邊的瓦學弟在説是媽媽的小🐶我聽了一晚上，相當之清楚了。 總體來講性價比還是不錯的，就是鍵盤特別小還容易斷觸。

Overall, my experience was just okay. No one from the staff called us before check-in. And they followed up right after check-out! The air conditioning in the room was leaking and making strange noises. The shower pressure was weak, and the shower head wasn't stable. The pool facilities were outdated; my child cut their hand twice on the old tiles.

Parking is convenient and the parking lot is large. There are many special dining nearby. The traffic does not matter the distance, but it is not too far from the subway station. The heating in the house is generally the same, the sewer smells heavy, the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and the consumables such as towels and slippers are not updated in time for four or five days, but this time, this price is also great value. In addition, a popsicle was presented, haha!
