The rooms are very clean, and the hotel amenities are exquisite. All the front desk ladies were super nice! 👍 From answering my inquiry calls to check-in and check-out, every single lady was so professional. My child had a great time, it was a wonderful vacation experience, and we'll definitely come back next time. Big shoutout to the front desk ladies! ❤️ The hot springs and steam room were also very clean and well-maintained. We stayed until closing time, and the staff were diligently disinfecting with chlorine-based agents, not just going through the motions. Big thumbs up for that! 👍

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 2, just one stop away from the Ice and Snow World, making it easy to get around. We booked the Courtyard Family Suite, which has a well-designed layout with a TV wall separating the two king-sized bedrooms, offering good convenience. While the hotel is a bit older, it's fully equipped with amenities, and the cleanliness is well maintained. I noticed collision protection stickers on the table corners, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary breakfast every day. Room service robots deliver food and water quickly, so you don't have to wait long.

Just wrapped up our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin Songbei, and I have to say, the professionalism and warmth of the entire team left a lasting impression. I simply must share my genuine gratitude. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded expectations. We got there a bit early, and Linda from the Executive Lounge, who was assisting at the front desk, along with her colleague Chris, quickly and enthusiastically processed our early check-in. Manager Ma even went above and beyond, kindly upgrading our room. This thoughtful 'welcome gift' made us feel incredibly valued. The service at the Executive Lounge, in particular, was exemplary. At one point, I accidentally knocked over a glass, and Linda immediately came over, showing genuine concern for my well-being and handling the cleanup calmly and considerately. Later, when I needed an ice pack after laser treatment, a male colleague from the lounge proactively and swiftly brought me one, solving my immediate problem. On our departure day, we were unable to return on time due to business in the southern part of the city. Sunny and Daisy from the lounge were incredibly understanding and actively helped us arrange a late checkout. This level of flexibility and thoughtfulness, putting the guest's needs first, was truly moving. Throughout our stay, we experienced not only high-standard facilities but also a well-trained, collaborative team. From Manager Ma's thoughtful arrangements to Linda's dedication and adaptability across different roles, and the consistent friendliness of Chris, Sunny, Daisy, and all their colleagues – everyone worked tirelessly to create a perfect guest experience. Our sincere thanks to the team for their dedicated efforts; we will definitely choose to stay here again!

As a frequent traveler, I often stay at Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even upgrading my room. Their service was excellent. The front desk was very professional, and the hotel's location is fantastic, close to Sunac Land and a shopping mall. Plus, it offers amenities like a pool and a free gym. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are well-lit with warm, comfortable bedding. The overall environment is lovely. It's a great choice for leisure and travel!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport. **Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive. **Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room. **Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy. **Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Didi navigation needs to be set to Shimao Avenue Exit 3, otherwise you'll end up behind the building. It's really close to the subway, about 30 meters. There are only 4 washing machines, so if you need laundry service, don't choose this place. There are only 2 elevators for 24 floors, so you'll wait a long time. The bed in the room is very large, easily accommodating 3 people. The bathroom design is impractical; there's nowhere to put your clothes. There are few amenities and services nearby.

What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

Traveling with my child during the May Day holiday, my main goal was to make her happy, and I tried my best to give her those dopamine-fueled memories of childhood! We booked the Polar Bear Hotel on May 1st. It wasn't cheap, 1966 yuan a night, but I thought it was worth it! First off, the hotel is right inside the Polar Ocean World. We booked a bear-viewing room, and by the end of the day, my little one had learned so much about polar bear habits, always analyzing with me whether it was 'Benben' or 'Dabao' (the Polar Bear Hotel has two polar bears, Dabao and Benben). There were so many activities at the hotel, and we made sure to experience them all, feeling like we couldn't miss anything. There was crafting, polar bear knowledge lectures, and the most unique educational program: my child went on a 'night exploration' of the polar world with a teacher, alone, for about an hour. It was a nice break for this tired mom, but my dad was a bit worried and waited by the elevator the whole time. The room setup was standard for a family-friendly hotel. We got a free polar bear plushie, which my child adored and wouldn't let go of. There was also drawing paper and colored pencils for her to color, along with small candies, welcome fruit, and animal-shaped ride-ons. Basically, everything hit just right for a child's heart. My daughter said it was the best hotel she'd ever stayed in. In the Polar Ocean Park, the dolphin show, beluga whale show, and walrus talk show really stood out, all with interactive elements. After the dolphin show, you could take photos with the dolphins for 200 yuan, but it's limited to three families. During holidays, you really need to rush over and sign up – it's on the left side of the venue. Outside the Polar Ocean Park, there was another entertainment option, unlimited access for 99 yuan, which was pretty good for the May Day holiday. What really surprised me was that after the holiday, this morning my little one hugged me and said, 'Mommy, I had a dream. I dreamt of the big brothers and sisters at the Polar Bear Hotel. Can I go again next time?' She was referring to the two older kids who helped her make flower balloons and clay crafts during the handicraft activity. It was truly a joy to find you, Polar Bear Hotel, for giving my child such a wonderful experience in her childhood.

This is my second stay at Harbin Marriott, and it was the second stop of my May Day holiday trip. I was very satisfied with this stay. The Guest Relations Manager upgraded my room for free. The room facilities were complete, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I loved it! I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended. **Environment:** The hotel is located opposite the Jiangbei Wetland Park, offering a superb environment. **Service:** From check-in to floor service and dining service, everything met Marriott's standards. **Minibar:** A rich variety of options, thumbs up!

The hotel's location is superb, close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. It offers fantastic value for money, with attention to detail evident throughout. It's also very close to Sun Island, making it an ideal choice for both travel and vacation. I'll definitely be back!
