Honestly, I'm a bit reluctant to give a good review because the Executive Lounge here is just so subpar right now. And the loud noise in the morning was really annoying, though the duty manager did apologize and offered juice, a small gift, and a cute little tiger plushie, so I guess I'll let it go. Maybe it's the off-season, or they're cutting costs and boosting efficiency. But frankly, the Executive Lounge in Shenyang, also in the Northeast, was much better. I hope Harbin can really step up its game.

一般酒店住宿類的點評我都是實話實説，為了給其他遊客更多的參考。優點：1，地理位置非常便利，離地鐵口衹有幾十米，出門就是地鐵口去其他景點很方便，或者打車去其他地方都很便利，位置好這點毋庸置疑。附近也有小型商場和餐館超市，能滿足日常生活需求2，價格便宜，錯峯出行真的巨划算，除了週六日會上漲外其他時間都便宜。3，房間面積比一般連鎖酒店大一些。4，實際上很實惠，如果缺點可以接受確實沒毛病挺好的缺點：1，衞生差，雖然這個價格不應該太挑剔但還是實話實講，床品有些臟，衞生間和浴室打掃的不乾淨，甚至地面還有不屬於我的頭髮。床墊硬，這個是我老公説的，睡的腰疼不舒服。2，沒有毛巾浴巾衹有一次性浴巾沒有一次性毛巾，還好自己帶了毛巾不然真不知道洗了頭髮怎麼擦乾。3，有異味，很濃烈的煙味，大冷天開窗户快凍透了也沒散出去。4，隔音差，複式隔開上下層再單獨租出去，所以樓上聲音聽的見。5，是沒有交暖氣費嗎？還是有暖氣就是不熱，反正感受不到暖和，一直開空調還是覺得冷，甚至第二天都不敢洗澡。6，來了大東北好幾天第一次碰見要求微信轉按金的，這個確實和其他地方的民宿和酒店都不一樣，反正我去其他地方也訂民宿沒見有收按金的。每個酒店或者民宿優缺點都有，追求價格性價比可以接受缺點還是推薦可以選擇，每個人有不同選擇才會有不同層次的商家，選擇最適合自己的就好了，我衹代表我的角度發表感受

What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport. **Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive. **Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room. **Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy. **Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Bringing my little one to Harbin for a family trip, I decisively chose the Polar Bear Hotel within Polarland, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! It's an absolute treasure for kids, hands down! 🐻❄️ The hotel is located inside Polarland, right next to Sun Island subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can directly access the Polar Pavilion from the hotel, so whenever the kids get tired, we could just head back to the room to rest without lugging them and our bags around – it's so family-friendly! It’s also very close to the Ice and Snow World and Central Street, just a few subway stops away, making getting around super easy. We booked the Polar Bear Family Room, which features huge panoramic windows. We could lie in bed and watch the polar bears swim, pace, and play with balls – it was a truly immersive experience! My little one would wake up in the morning and immediately press their face against the glass to watch, and at night, they'd fall asleep with the polar bears as their 'companions,' they were so excited. The hotel truly understands the needs of families with children! The room had exclusive bunk beds for kids, equipped with a full set of children's amenities: cartoon slippers, a mini toilet seat, kids' bathrobes, and toiletries. They even provided drawing supplies – the attention to detail was incredible. The public areas also featured a polar bear-themed playground and a picture book corner. Even the elevators had polar bear animations, making waiting for the elevator a fun experience. Every day, there were rich family activities: polar bear science classes, arts and crafts, and night tours of the Polar Pavilion. The kids could do crafts themselves, learn about animals, and have an amazing time, completely freeing up the parents! The restaurant boasts a panoramic glass design, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the polar bears play below our feet – a truly unique experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, with soft bread, wontons, and cartoon-shaped buns suitable for children. The food tasted great, and my little one ate so happily. All the staff were incredibly gentle and kind. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively explained the family activities and polar bear viewing times. They thoughtfully provided a baby cot and bed rail for families with children, and even gave us a polar bear plushie and a science picture book, which made my child so happy they couldn't put them down. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the heating was super strong, making it feel like spring even in winter – a truly comfortable stay. The Harbin Polarland Polar Bear Hotel perfectly combines a family-friendly experience with a polar theme. Its convenient location, thoughtful facilities, warm service, and unique immersive polar bear viewing experience make it a must-stay hotel for families visiting Harbin! The kids had a fantastic time, and the adults were relaxed and at ease. It was definitely an unforgettable family trip, highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 2, just one stop away from the Ice and Snow World, making it easy to get around. We booked the Courtyard Family Suite, which has a well-designed layout with a TV wall separating the two king-sized bedrooms, offering good convenience. While the hotel is a bit older, it's fully equipped with amenities, and the cleanliness is well maintained. I noticed collision protection stickers on the table corners, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary breakfast every day. Room service robots deliver food and water quickly, so you don't have to wait long.

Excellent! The environment is clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. The sleeping conditions are superb, and the air quality is very comfortable – no dry or uncomfortable feeling at all. Highly recommended! It's also conveniently located. The most satisfying thing is the location, close to Harbin Sunac Paradise, it is too convenient for people who come to play in the park. You don't have to get up early to hurry, and you don't have to worry about not going back late. The hotel is clean and hygienic as a whole, the room is large, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the bed is moderately hard and soft, and the sleep is particularly practical. The service details are in place, the front desk is warm and patient, the cleaning aunt cleans carefully, and the supplies are neatly arranged. The facilities are well maintained, there is no damage or old situation, and the WiFi speed is very fast. The surrounding life is convenient, there are many choices for eating, and the travel is smooth. Compared with several, this one has the highest comprehensive cost-effectiveness. It is comfortable and worry-free. It is definitely not thundered when you come to Sunac Paradise to play and live here. I have already recommended it to friends around me. I will come again if I have a chance!

I've been staying at the Mercure hotel next door, but with the recent peak season and hotels being so expensive, I decided to try this nearby hotel. I rebooked my room through Ctrip Business Travel and went to the hotel front desk to swipe my card to access the room. A few hours later, they told me my reservation wasn't available and kept asking me to rebook. Ctrip Business Travel kept calling me, but the hotel refused to contact them to resolve the issue. After a day of struggling, the issue remained unresolved. It was clearly a backend issue, and they kept asking the customer to resolve it themselves, even though I had already placed the order and paid. The hotel itself offered decent value, but the service experience was terrible.

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
