Jiashihao Hotel

This was by far the best hotel of our trip! It's well-equipped and new, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The location is perfect, making it super convenient for ordering food delivery or going out.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. They upgraded us to a family room on the day, and the service was great. The surrounding area is convenient for shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's suitable for all kinds of accommodation needs.

Our first day in Hailar, we stayed at a hotel in the city center. Building B seemed a bit older, but Building A had modern facilities. The room was exceptionally clean and free of any strange odors. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a view of the city. It's about a kilometer's walk to the old town, and there's plenty of parking available.

It's no exaggeration to say that Jiashihao Hotel gave my Hulunbuir trip an excellent start. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly welcoming. Even though I arrived late, they thoughtfully brought welcome fruits. The room itself was very spacious, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window, clean and tidy – I was very satisfied. The only minor issue was that after showering for a while, water tended to spill out of the shower area. I have to emphasize the hotel's service again; it was fantastic! Items that guests accidentally left behind were promptly delivered to the front desk, and even when I asked the front desk to wash some grapes for me, they responded quickly. The fact that they handled these extra requests so well shows that all the hotel staff are very well-trained and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. The hotel's location is also very close to the popular Hexi morning market, just a 5-minute walk. It was very convenient to grab breakfast there and then head out to the grasslands. Staying at Jiashihao for the first night after landing in Hailar was definitely the right choice! 👌🏻

If you want a good stay in Hulunbuir, Hailar is the place to be, and Jiashihao is one of the best hotels in Hailar. The staff communicated with us about our needs even before check-in. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant. Definitely worth five stars!

The hotel service is good, probably the best in Hailar. The facilities are quite complete; the bed and pillows are very comfortable; the hot water shower is also powerful. Overall, it's very good. The breakfast quality is also decent, especially the yogurt, which is delicious.

Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The location is convenient for getting around, and the service was warm and attentive. The soundproofing was also decent, so I slept very well. It offers good value for money, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip.

I stayed for 4 days, and there was no hot water in the room at night, with the water temperature being around 20 degrees Celsius (body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius). The service felt two-faced throughout my stay. For a 1300-unit hotel, not having hot water for a shower is simply ridiculous. I will be reporting this to the market supervision administration. This is a trash hotel! To put it bluntly, even a 200-unit hotel has hot water!!! The staff admitted on the day that the water temperature was insufficient, but then the next day they tried to deflect, saying it couldn't reach the temperature we wanted? Who would dare to stay in a hotel with 20-degree water when human body temperature is 37 degrees? Their basic facilities are subpar! Is ordinary people's money not money? The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a five-star hotel. If you can't run a hotel, then don't! My friend already caught a cold and fever. Is offering a small, broken box your idea of a solution? And they even suggested boiling some water for me to put in the bathtub because the water temperature was too low? That's truly laughable!

The room was very large and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It was probably the best and most extensive breakfast I had during my trip in Hulunbuir (no exaggeration, it set the bar pretty high, and I couldn't really enjoy subsequent meals as much. I'd suggest starting your trip in Manzhouli to really maximize your expectations). The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were too soft.
