"One of the elevators was broken and the stairs would not go to first floor. The host, gave us a the wrong room first, than literally "force persuaded" us but in polite way to move to our original room. We stayed there one night before our flight from Dulles, so that was no big deal. One more thing about the parking jurisdictions. So, there's a shared parking lot around the hotel, shared by two other facilities. They show you a map, which does not match the signs in the parking lot. So, be careful which one to follow and always confirm with the hotel host."
