Lots of water offered -brand new, very clean -le Labo products (but not the complimentary travel sized ones) -doorman was so nice, when we checked out he watched my children while I got my car from the garage and pulled around (tipped him well!) -parking garage a little confusing, but it’s only $15/night to self park. $45 for valet -beds super comfy -did not get an upgrade at check in (titanium) despite hotel seeming pretty empty -mentioned birthday at restaurant on site, nothing done to acknowledge"

"One of the elevators was broken and the stairs would not go to first floor. The host, gave us a the wrong room first, than literally "force persuaded" us but in polite way to move to our original room. We stayed there one night before our flight from Dulles, so that was no big deal. One more thing about the parking jurisdictions. So, there's a shared parking lot around the hotel, shared by two other facilities. They show you a map, which does not match the signs in the parking lot. So, be careful which one to follow and always confirm with the hotel host."

"It’s a construction around the corner who has their own work time hours, a night before my last day I asked the front desk woman to have a late check out since I woke up 5am with the loud noise, she was very rude, said no and told me the wrong time for check out 10am. At the website it says 11. Room was smelling cigarettes"

"We had a pleasant two-night stay at the Residence Inn Reston Town Center. The location is great right by the Metro stop and a short walk to Reston Town Center with all its restaurants and shops. The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. We liked that the parking garage had bike racks. The hotel is brand new, so everything is nice and clean and fairly modern. We had a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was as standard as it gets, though again it was nice that everything was new, clean and it good working order. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the outdoor play area right by the hotel. I don't expect too much out of the Residence Inn breakfast buffets, though this one was pretty good."
