Worst resort ever I went ther with my children I absolutely hated it!!! From service food to hygiene was disgusting it was that dirty all mu children got ill with diarrhea and vomiting from 2 day in. When requested room service to clean toilets they would say yes to us but when we return the toilet was dirty and floor was sticky flys everywhere no fresh towels absolutely horrendous!!! Am surprised this resort is 4 star it should be 2 star. It dosent end here the weather was 36° our room air con suddenly broke and stopped working when called room service I was told someone will be comming I 20 minutes we waited 7 hours no1 came to the room. When spoken to guest relations all we got was an apology and free food no resolution for the issue. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESORT AT ALL COST.

We had a great time at the hotel. Staffs were super friendly and always ready to help . Food was good ; pool was always clean . Life guards always ready to help . The shows were Amazing and entertaining. Felt like home away from home . Will 100% recommend

Truely amazing holiday here in Neverland. Amazing hotel with great facilities and helpful staff. Many cuisines to choose from ranging between Italian, Oriental, Spanish, Indian and more. There’s also a burger restaurant. Both the aqua parks are big, and it’s good that both have a lift which is very rare. Our room was in the 7000’s with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living space to chill and watch tv. Our mini bar was topped up daily. Houskeeping done a great job aswell as the rest of the staff from the resort. Thanks for the fantastic holiday!

My family and I have had an amazing stay. The kids have thoroughly enjoyed themselves, so much to do in the resort. Gonna need another holiday after this one hahah. The resort is very clean, pools are cleaned at night, very friendly staff. Many restaurants to choose from, you’ll never go hungry. The midway attractions are great.

Absolutley amazing place! So booked to come back next year with the whole family. Nobody will be dissapointed the place is amazing. Including food entertainment and services!!! Best hotel ever!! So clean and helpful all the staff cannot do enough for everybody. The place is massive! So many resteraunts, enyertainemnt stages as its 3 hotels in 1. We have been all over but this does not compare to any where we have been before this place is paradise!!

The hotel is magnificent. Rooms very spacious, massive with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big living room to enjoy some family time and play games with kids or watch some cartoons. Aqua park is the biggest I’ve ever seen… our kids loved the slides, vrs and the fun fair, even a roller skating ! Our stay was excellent! The food was also nice, different varieties of restaurants starting from Moroccan 🇲🇦 cousine and ending with some Asian 🇨🇳 and Indian 🇮🇳 which we loved. All the staff around the hotel is very friendly, helpful and smiling constantly. We will defo recommend this hotel to all of our family and friends. See you next year Neverland team!

Enjoyed our family holiday here in this beautiful resort. Very clean, always see the guys cleaning throughout the day, our room was spotless and in a good location. The aqua parks are one of the best ones we've visited and will definitely return. We love this resort

Great hotel and great holiday for us. Was just my wife and I as a last minute booking. For sure this hotel is the perfect place for families and anyone who loves thrill seeking slides, which is exactly why we booked to come here. Next time we will return with our niece and nephews as we know they will have a great time!
