"Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony. Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools. The only negative I would mention is our room on the top floor was next to the elevator and it was quite loud. We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts. Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt. They said they cant let anyone in who is not with the hotel but will provide us a car with driver to the fromt gate. (Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care. Seemed like once you checked out and filled the review for them on reception, you dont matter anymore. We had to walk out with all our stuff to the front gates. Up until then our stay was amazing, but this last 15 minutes left a bad taste in our mouth."

"Over all the experience was fine however i think there is chance of improvement that can take the hotel to totally new level. Negative feedback: Rooms needs to be renewed for real and make it matching more with modern rooms, room have clear smell of old rotten clothes, but room service was still doing amazing job on cleaning the room and make it smell better , but once the air fragrance is done room smell back again, I don’t recommend first floor in the center for families with kids as literally so noisy and can keep hearing people keep going and coming and can wake up your baby, but i can only blame myself as i choose to be in center. The pools is nice but the Island resturant requests operations is weird Its called pool restaurant at the same time they ask you not to come wet and dont come from pool side directly to the restaurant!!! So why your making a ladder directly from pool to restaurant then ask guests not to use and go all around to to to the restaurant. I had an emergency and wanted the clinic as my son finger was hurt and went there and it was closed and not working with no time or schudele added in the door Lucky for me the resturant manager behind the clinic helped me out and got me some stuff to solve issue Thanks Mr Ahmed along with the pool boy. Positive feedback: Best service ever everywhere specially at the main restaurant i even went to best hotels in Egypt before didn’t get an amazing services like this, every one of the stuff literally helping from the heart and makes you feel welcomed Keep up the amazing work and work the negative feedback definitely would come back and next will be 10 out of 10 enshallah"

While booking this trip through trip.com, I selected 12 years for my younger daughter and two adults. I was supposed to pay 48 dollars at property for my child, surprisingly the reception asked me to pay some huge amount which is around 170 dollars, saying they will consider my daughter as an adult, as she is 12 years 3 months, we were tired, hungry, after travelling 5 hours by road, had to fight a lot for this, at last the manager considered and I paid the due amount only. If 12/13 years is considered as an adult, why trip is giving the option to select child till 17 years of age? Or I am not sure this is a trick of the hotel to earn more money? I want to make sure before booking with this website again. I always book through ***********, never experienced such an issue."
