We liked everything very much, at first we were skeptical, but during our stay we understood all the advantages of the hotel, the pools were clean, we got a new room (for which a special thank you!😊) clean, they immediately brought a child’s bed, the beach was clean, many sun loungers, comfortable. The service staff is very friendly, the food is varied. 30 min drive to the airport. Let's come back here again!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I believe the Meraki hotel is allegedly the No. 1 party central hotel in Hurghada. They have a great entertainment team who makes sure there are endless parties. The staff is always attentive and offers great help when needed. There’s one special person who I MUST give a special shout out to, and that’s Naglaa from the wellness and spa team, she is always smiling and serving an incredibly welcoming energy and has been the kindest to us. Others incredible staff includes Osama from front desk; Shady from the Munchery buffet; and Dasha from the entertainment team too. My favorite spot in the whole hotel is definitely the shisha tent, all of their staff were extremely nice, polite and efficient. The only side note I have is the Greek restaurant, although the staff there is attentive, the food can also use an upgrade, other than that, I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, perhaps with a bigger group so we could enjoy the parties more.

We had a wonderful stay! The facilities were clean and the staff were super helpful, especially Zekra at the front desk who made sure that we got neighboring rooms and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Checking in and out was also handled very smoothly. We are looking forward to our next stay already.

A hotel that exceeded expectations. Located in Africa, it maintains the usual Hilton standards. It's a pity that I only stayed for one day. The front desk was great and helped with the upgrade and delayed check-out to 2pm. The beach environment is nice, but you need to exchange towel cards at the front desk in advance before you can use them, which is not very convenient The breakfast is very rich, with a European and American flavor Opposite the hotel is a large mall with many restaurants and Carrefour, and the price is very cheap

there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

The restaurant near the beach is even more convenient, and there is no need to walk back to the room from the restaurant, which saves a lot of time. In addition, the hotel's WiFi is very stable and can be used smoothly both in the room and in the public area, which is undoubtedly a great blessing for tourists like us who need to stay connected at all times. Special praise should be given to the two front desk staff, Islam Farghaly and Osman. They always greeted us with a smile. After learning that we brought two children, they not only gave us the children's meals, but also asked if we needed a free extra bed. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. The other staff of the hotel were also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to greet us, making us feel the warmth of home. It is worth mentioning that in other places in Egypt, we were often chased for tips, but in the White Beach Hotel, the staff never took the initiative to ask for tips. Instead, we were willing to give them because the service was so good. In addition, the hotel also prepared a wealth of activities for children. There is also a beautiful street outside, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It only takes more than ten minutes to go to the airport. The beach is a paradise for children. The water is clear and the depth is only up to the chest even if you walk far. It is very suitable for children to play. You can also see small fish when snorkeling. The children have a lot of fun. In short, Hurghada White Beach Hotel has brought our family an unforgettable Spring Festival holiday with its excellent service and facilities. There are many varieties of breakfast. The meat is mainly sausage, which feels average, but there is white porridge and fried eggs. The hotel has a beautiful sea view. There are many tour groups and there are delicious restaurants within 300 meters of the hotel.

The room equipment is not luxurious but comfortable. Towels are not soft. There is no phone in the room, which is inconvenient for the waiter. Servers are more proactive. However, the shampoo and shower in the room are not complete. There are many restaurants to choose from, but dinner reservations are too popular and I didn't grab them. The menus of several Chinese restaurants are the same. The underwater landscape of diving is average. This hotel is quieter. Enjoy access to sister hotel facilities. There are many children in the sister hotel. It is 3 kilometers away from the airport, it is more convenient to call Uber, and it costs 75 Egyptian pounds to the airport. The hotel arranges transportation for 15 euros per person, which is outrageous. After check-out, you can continue to enjoy the facilities and take a bath until you leave the hotel, which is convenient. It may be more favorable to book through the hotel.

It was a great vacation, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service and staff, and also the location of the hotel were very nice ... Our stay is super good to pass, the hotel was incredible, quiet and clean, great well-managed pool, household makes every day perfectly , litre very comfortable. Super staff very nice and very arranged. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained with the marine nearby to eat. Very good breakfast.
