Super warm stay experience throughout! You must name Galal at the front desk. The people are super good, the service is meticulous and sincere. You take the initiative to invite us to drink fresh juice. It is also particularly accommodating to allow late check-out until 16:00, which helps us solve the big problem. Feeling full of kindness and warmth in a foreign country, the hotel is clean and comfortable, cost-effective, and the service is far beyond expectations. It is highly recommended to friends who come to Egypt!

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with excellent transportation links. There are subway and bus stops nearby, making shopping and dining very easy. However, due to its proximity to a busy main road, there is occasional street noise at night. Light sleepers are advised to choose a higher floor room or bring earplugs for better soundproofing. Service is decent. The front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick and easy, with basic assistance provided when needed. The rooms are well-equipped, including a hairdryer (powerful and quick-drying), free Wi-Fi, and basic toiletries, making them quite convenient. A simple breakfast is provided. For a more substantial breakfast, you might need to visit a nearby tea restaurant or shopping mall. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers on a budget who value location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, making it suitable for short stays or business trips.

Hotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free. Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious. If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals. 1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception. Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair. Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager. Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based. They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower. Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price. If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster. I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

The facilities in the room are crap, the wall decoration is also crap, the bedding is also crap 💩The hotel rooms are a bunch of smallEven the room at Villa Layla where I stayed was a hundred times better than this one, ”Villa Layla is a youth hostel with a refreshing swimming pool, super good service, and each room is very large”I can only say that this hotel is a crap except for being by the sea

For the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff. For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about. If you need relaxation inexpensively, you can safely book

Rooms well laid out & clean. Beds firm. Shower has good water pressure & bathrooms good size. A bed side light would have been appreciated, rather than having to get out of bed to switch light off. Lovely from balcony. Had breakfast included but ate out of the hotel evenings & therefore can't comment on dinner. Breakfast was 10/10, great variety, well cooked, well presented & very tasty. All the staff we met were friendly, attentive, efficient & professional from Reception to House Keeping & everyone in between. Convenient Location on the Harbour & Marina

Thank you so much to the entire staff of Sand Beach Resort in Hurghada. Everything was fantastic: the good price, the breakfast buffet and drinks, the swimming pool and the scenery around the beach; the environment and the natural decoration with beautiful trees and flowers. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious in their rooms; also the balconies are very convenient to stay there taking the tea and for relaxing time. Special thanks to Hossah and Eng/Mohamed. Shukran !!
