Pool,Great,..Suites are Roomy,FirmBeds, Not a Family Holiday place, Shops easy walking.I walked from Airport T1 to Jaz. Easy, if you are confident . Okay...so, the lift was under service for 2 days, and The Baladis' will annoy light sleepers. Busy Roads adjacent. I love it here, And am back in March.Cant Wait to see all my Friends Again. SsuutsIt was very comfortable! The room had a cute atmosphere with the refreshing light blue and white of the Hurghada sea, and there was a hot shower, so I was very satisfied! There was a Gomla supermarket nearby, and it was convenient as it had pretty much everything you needed! It was also conveniently located, and I could call an Uber taxi and it arrived quickly! It was great! I was able to refresh myself~

GGuest UserSuper warm stay experience throughout! You must name Galal at the front desk. The people are super good, the service is meticulous and sincere. You take the initiative to invite us to drink fresh juice. It is also particularly accommodating to allow late check-out until 16:00, which helps us solve the big problem. Feeling full of kindness and warmth in a foreign country, the hotel is clean and comfortable, cost-effective, and the service is far beyond expectations. It is highly recommended to friends who come to Egypt!

MM313584****The food is really OK, the room is very general, the first time the room paint tastes very big, the smell is still very bad after three hours, to communicate to change the room, to change to the next to the hall, there is a lot of noise, said that there is no other room to change, half trust and doubt, Lived. And the front desk is very inefficient, the bracelet towel card is not given, and it takes twice to give it later. There is also a ticket to the beach, closed at 6 o'clock. I asked for a ticket at the front desk and gave half of it. I went to the beach security and said that this ticket could not be used. I had to get it completely. I also said that I had already told the manager, because I didn't go back to the lobby in a hurry. I told him a few good words to go in and slip around. The location is quite biased, it is not easy to check out and take a taxi.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

ЕЕFor the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff.
For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about.

GGuest UserRooms well laid out & clean. Beds firm. Shower has good water pressure & bathrooms good size. A bed side light would have been appreciated, rather than having to get out of bed to switch light off.
Lovely from balcony.
Had breakfast included but ate out of the hotel evenings & therefore can't comment on dinner.
Breakfast was 10/10, great variety, well cooked, well presented & very tasty.
All the staff we met were friendly, attentive, efficient & professional from Reception to House Keeping & everyone in between.

GGuest UserThe room is acceptable, but the facilities are old, but there is air conditioning, and there is no toothbrush, no toothbrush set, no toiletry bag, nothing, and then it feels good when you come in, there are three swimming pools, and there is a beach, and the sea is pretty good. The hotel also has a lot of cats. In short, the price-performance ratio is good and you can choose it, but the pitfall is that there is no Wi-Fi in the room. Wi-Fi is only available in the public area, which is quite annoying, and every time the Wi-Fi is disconnected, you have to reconnect
