Mountain View Hotels in Hurghada

Excellent resort with amazing sea views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, and the service was outstanding from check-in to departure. We especially loved the private beach and sunset views. A fantastic all-inclusive experience. Plenty of food choices, lovely swimming pools, restaurants and gardens were all impressive. Staff worked tirelessly to ensure guests were happy and comfortable. I would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Very satisfactory hotel, the service is timely and in place. I was not very satisfied with the location of the sea view room I booked, so after some communication, I upgraded to a pool room. The beach is beautiful with its own beach and two public swimming pools. Mostar, the butler, was enthusiastic and attentive. He took us to watch the sunset on the second afternoon of our stay. The hotel also prepared wine, drinks and snacks. There was a free aperitif with live music on Monday night. The breakfast and dinner were rich. The oil massage was great, the masseuse was Thai. Super high value for money, worth coming again!

Don't expect much from the room amenities; they're comparable to older Marriott hotels in China. The public areas are beautiful, but the service is mediocre. The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. The concierge and security were excellent, but the tall, pale, and thin guy in the breakfast room, who spoke ”Hello” in Chinese, was a real letdown for the hotel's service.

Отель хороший, много бассейнов, хороший пляж, но маловат для этого отеля. Из хорошего: чисто в номере, хороший сервис, если вы живете в корпусах. Из минусов: в бунгало нет никогда горячей воды, мои друзья ходили принимать душ ко мне в номере. Анимации для детей в течение дня особо нет, есть два бассейна с подогревом, но подогрева, можно сказать нет, если вы русский, то возможны конфликты с отдыхающими из Прибалтики. Море классное и чистое, до глубины идти долго, а так супер))))

This hotel is advertised as a 5 star but I think 3 star would be more deserving. Best points - The pool & the Jaccazui suite room were amazing. Their spa facility and gym looked very good. Bad points - I was not given my welcome pack until the day before I checked out. The buffet food was very basic with not much flavour. All the pastries were basic and bland besides the baklava. I was told they are short staffed and have no drink when I asked room service to bring some up. The A La Carte was all pre booked so I cannot comment on how those were as I did not get the chance to try these. The drinks were watered down and not great at all. Honestly I booked it based on the room and that was the best thing. Even when they cleaned the room and changed the towels they left the plates and drinks in the room.

Very good hotel. Rooms are big and fresh. The food is tasty, also there is a live music on the dinner in Saturday evening. Recommend! Good for this price

The service is excellent! The staff is polite, unobtrusive, attentive, kind and responsive! 👍 The hotel is worn out, but they try to do everything for the guests! They repair, clean! The guests are mostly local. The price and quality correspond 👍 I am happy, thank you for your hospitality! 🤝🤗
