This was my 2nd trip this year, although didn't disappoint there were a couple of issues. Before arriving I advised we had a wheelchair user, and that we needed a room in main building, however they put us at the furthest point of the hotel, with steps into the room, so not ideal. They did move us the following day to a room as requested. Food was very good in main restaurant, and the Mexican a la carte on the jetty was brilliant. The rooms are VERY tired, but they are slowly renovating them, with walk in showers, fm what I have seen they will be very nice. The linen left a lot to be desired, towels thread bare and ripped, bedding although changed regularly could do with being renewed. I knew what I was going to, as been earlier in the year, bit little things had declined, however I did pay very little so that in mind I can't really complain. Beach is stunning, pool spotless. Animation team are excellent, especially Ace and Patty, always very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Will deffo return as location is fantastic, food very good and with new rooms it's a definate must

My overall experience was great and I loved it. The hotel had pros and cons like every other hotel, but the service was moderate some of the bar staff were very persistent about serving me and my family, yet other times they seemed to ignore/forget us. 1 thing that stood out to me was the pizza corner, the chef gamel was very nice and approachable. His pizza is amazing and it is made from scratch, he does well and works hard with being a nice and talkative person. The rooms are outdated but the hotel itself is fine. The pool is nice they have regular activities and music around the pool. The food is actually alright, I believe it's because it's food I and alot of other people will eat but the food the have doesn't originate primarily from egypt which I like. Again overall experience was great I have a good time, I enjoyed myself which I plan to do on holiday. I would recommend coming here but only as long as you know the pros and cons.

It’s our second time here in this hotel but we will come every year here Every thing here nice room good restaurant big and clean and different food they have good sushi Entertainment program it’s very good they have good shows in the evening And all the stuff friendly Nice and big beach we love this hotel♥️

Very beautiful hotel, caring and smiling staff. very happy with the service. Thanks to the team for the wonderful shows during the day! We went to stretching and yoga every day. Very nice beach at the hotel! Sometimes you can walk to the middle of the sea! I liked everything very much! We will be back and reccomend everyone!

Nice stay, amazing treatment. During my stay was my birthday and they knew it and gave me a cake on their own initiative. Lots of activities during the day. All the personnel were very friendly, and went far and beyond to make the guests comfortable

A very beautiful, cozy hotel, we spent an unforgettable vacation with a lot of bright impressions. The staff always tried to keep everything clean. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily, were always clean and pleasant. The lifeguards at the pool and in the lagoon worked great and were always attentive. There are 2 restaurants, they have enough space for guests. A large selection of food, and everything is very tasty. Grilled food outside, seafood and lots and lots of sweets: donuts, chocolate, oriental sweets won our hearts! The guys at the pool bar were always smiling and friendly. The animation team is a fire! Every day there is activities, darts and aqua aerobics, in the evening a beautiful show and a children's disco with the animator Veronica. The staff was in a very good mood and always friendly. They like to communicate with customers and they like their work, which you can see and notice IMMEDIATELY. Animation: A wonderful team with great passion and love for their work 🥰 We can recommend the hotel and will come again for the second time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight was definitely the food with its variety and deliciousness. The service and entertainment was also amazing. We especially enjoyed Bazooka's company and service. March is a very good month to visit this hotel

We were really fascinated in Siva grand beach. Everything is really good and especially the entertainment was perfekt. We played a lot of games on the beach and it was a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go here every time again
