Excellent service, super clean and well-kept garden. Rooms were comfortable and large. Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful

Excellent hote. It is far from the city center and because of that you have slightly higher prices for entertainment outside the hotel.
The atmosphere and animation are excellent.

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

Arrived at hotel and checked in immediately, food was available if you wanted it. I booked a club room and it was lovely, the rooms are really big, with two seating areas, one with a sofa the other chairs and a table. There was a dressing table, wardrobe space and a really big bed, o found the bed really firm. There was another area with a mini fridge and kettle, bottle and cans of soft drinks, water and tea and coffee were provided. A lovely sized balcony looked out over the pool and the sea beyond. The gardens, pool and beach were all really well kept, I used the beach all week and was helped every day to a sunbed with a towel and pillow. The drink service was excellent on the beach, the guys always making sure I had what I wanted. The beach is a rough sand with pebbles before you enter the sea so beach shoes are needed. You can enter the sea from the beach but the water doesn’t go above your knees, making it good if you have children. To enter the deeper sea you walk along the pier, the water at this time of year was freezing when first entering but adjusted quite quickly. Lots of lovely fish when snorkelling. The Italian and Mexican restaurants food was lovely, I ate there most lunchtimes and a couple of evenings. My biggest disappointment was the buffet restaurant, the food looked bland and unappetising, the meat was nice and I found it difficult to find anything I liked. The fresh pasta was good though. The bread, fresh fruit and salad and dessert sections were fine, just the hot buffet food was not for me. The lobby area was very busy in the evenings, but the waiters were very attentive bringing drinks when you wanted them.

This is my first trip to Hurghada and I have to say I’ve not been disappointed. They are clearly trying to build a resort area here as there are a number of hotels inter-dispersed with some still to be finished/built. A long paved road/walkway runs the length of the area and you can hire electric vehicles and bicycles to traverse it. Hotel room: large, clean and modern and very quiet. Perfect! Hotel food: a great variety of dishes changed daily. Food is hot and tasty. The usual dishes you find in Egypt. Excellent. They also have a Mexican and Italian restaurant. Hotel staff: very friendly and helpful. Give them a tip! Hotel pools and outside area: One pool is heated and very warm. There is a slides pool and a non heated main pool with swim up bar. The grounds are very well manicured. Plenty of sun loungers available. Hotel entertainment: lots going on if you are interested. Games, shows, all sorts! Beach: the beach is sandy/stoney with a very long pier that takes you out beyond the coral to where you can swim and snorkel. There are colourful fish but not as impressive as Sharks Bay in Sharm (IMO). The beach has some sun loungers with wind breaks. They get very busy, so get down there early if you want one. Things to do outside the resort. I’m not sure. There is a marina I hear is good to visit. You can also take a trip up to the pyramids in Cairo if you want to. It’s a short flight. Free Wi-Fi: very strong! Would I come again? Yes! I think you get more for your money in Hurghada and this hotel is excellent.
