Slovakia, great holiday, everyting was great, food,staff, servis, great weather in May. We stay here 1 week and it was great time. I recomande go to the trip. We were in Luxor and it was really great experiemce. We will be back next year. Thanks

Nice beach, very good weather, a lot of different activities (snorkling, boat rides etc.), versatile restaurants, desert rides, very friendly staff and excellent cocktails from Barman Mostafa Abdelhakem thank you&see you next year.

When we arrived at the hotel the room was dirty. Sand all over the floor, hand prints on every mirror. The rooms are very dated, when we turned on the shower the handle came off in your hand. The rooms are less than 3*. The pool facilities in terms of choice are great. 7 pools, lots to do, yet I felt u nsure of the safety standard. The flooring in the children's sections of slides have never been replaced, just the old ones left with new material bound over it. When you stood at the top of it everything moved and creaked. The food set up was terrible, far too many guests for the amount of tables. Queue's 15 minutes long, no cutlery clean. Both our children ended up sick. We were promised a hotel doctor would visit but one never came. Watered down drinks, extra charges for popcorn, cotton candy, disco's, and beverages at the a la carte restaurants. Dirty pool water. I have no idea how this hotel can remain rated as 5*. When we were asked "how was your stay?", and we voiced the above, the receptionist just turned around and moved onto the next job. Stay somewhere else if you can!

I reported a broken bathroom multiple times, and all I received was confirmation that the complaint was noted. For 3 out of my 16 days, I had to go down 5 floors to use the reception bathroom, even during the night! This level of negligence is unacceptable, even for a 3-star hotel. They should have either fixed the issue or offered a room change. The swimming pools were a bit dirty, and the breakfast restaurants were not clean or appetizing—I couldn’t eat breakfast at all. As for lunch and dinner, the Mexican and kebab restaurants were decent, but many items weren’t included, and you had to pay extra, even for Wi-Fi, which cost €35 and barely worked—only 2 out of 8 days for me! The hotel claims to be “all-inclusive,” but most good services require extra payment. You’re better off paying a little more for a real all-inclusive hotel. I stayed 8 days at Pickalbatros Citadel, and the experience was amazing—clean, great food, and everything was included. Had it not been for my wonderful stay at Citadel, I wouldn’t have considered visiting Egypt again.

I have been travelling around the world. The best value-for-money tou will find in Hurghada, in Grand Waterworld Makadi. The staff is extremely kind, the like in the beach: Muhhamed Ali. You will see the most awesome resort group worldwide here, especially in the night. Highly recommended!

First... I will say about our bad experience. We were 2 famiky, 4 people, when we arrived at the front desk we gave a nice 20usd tips to receive a nice room, but the only nice things was...it was close to reception (this we Know and see later on). Rooms was huge, we don't pay attention to details, because we want to go eat and go on the bech. But when night comes, we go back in our room...we see the ugly true...floor was so dirty, all the sanitary was rusty or broken. Bad sheets were so old and had...serious dirty shadows on them (both rooms have the same problems). Second we go to the reception, they show us 3 other rooms...all the same. On this hotel they not repair, change or invest... 20 years a go, I guees. Second bad experience... They say we need to pay 25Euro/person for WiFi in the room, the only internet we get for free is in the lobby. Third bad experience. They do not allow Uber or taxis to enter in the resort, they say the only car we can take is the hotel taxi,. That will cost 15Euro/person to take in Hughada. When an Uber is 10 usd to Hughada and back for a full car ppl. Maybe this Flags...will make you think twice when u book for this hotel, I was in Hurghada on various hotels, but this was the worst and bad experience that I have. The only good things that I can tell about this hotel is: architecture is very nice, the beach is nice, food is the same as on many hotels in Egypt, and... that's it.
