Let me first talk about the three points I like:
1. The hotel has performances, which are both entertaining and artistic
2. It has its own private beach. Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸
3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand.
Three points that I am not satisfied with:
1. Kempinski and Hilton have no rooms at all, so I booked a second choice, the price is about 1800 per night, but the bedding is pilling, and the facilities are a bit retro!
2. The hotel staff sent the luggage to the room and gave 20 Egyptian pounds, with a look of disdain and dissatisfaction
3. When checking out, they forced me to give a good review, and the food was highly homogenized. After eating for 2 days, I only ate seafood.

The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians. The hotel service is not good. I called for check-out and waited for more than half an hour but no one came. I called twice and they said they would come but they still didn't come. I was arranged to stay on the 3rd floor, which only has stairs. The suitcases are too heavy to move. If there is an elevator, I would take it back myself. And there is an uphill slope in the hotel. This is not convenient to handle by myself. The room I was given is also the edge of the pool view room. The wind is very strong. The hotel next door is empty and has no shelter.
