A very dedicated team in a hotel that is unfortunately showing its age. Hurghada unfortunately doesn't have much to offer other than snorkeling. Since we had booked all-inclusive, we spent a lot of time in the hotel complex. The animation team tried extremely hard, but it was still really boring. Internet is a rarity. You can only get internet access after trying to log on several times (and only in the lobby). The short programs in the evening weren't bad. Unfortunately, it was repetitive and you were still bored around the program. I feel a bit sorry for the animation team because they had to dance to the same songs several times a day and every day of the week. They didn't have the means to entertain us at all. It would be terribly monotonous for younger travelers. If you just want to lie by the pool, you'll definitely get your money's worth here.
The food was obviously varied. It felt like you were always seeing the same ingredients in different variations. For example, there was minced meat served as a Bolognese, as a kebab skewer, as small meatballs, etc. It always tasted the same, only the eye was satisfied. However, the salad bar was very good. The waiters were courteous and occasionally a little flirty. But that probably has something to do with the mentality in general. Overall, a positive experience. Suitable for a family vacation. But we won't be coming back a second time.

Живём в Хургаде, часто на выходные приезжаем в отели сети Azurr, есть карта постоянного гостя. Номер дали хороший на вилле, моря по сути нет, еда очень посредственная. Но самое отвратительное было отношение к гостя со стороны сотрудника Кристины (гест рилейшнз), после ужина мы сидели на открытой террасе у ресторана и я взяла из ресторана сладости (о том, что их выносить на террасу нельзя, я не знала, на выходе из ресторана меня никто не остановил и ничего не сказал), к нам подходит официант (имя не помню, но как нам сказали потом, он был новенький) и говорит, что здесь нельзя есть, мы сказали ок, всё иди (никто ему не грубил и не повышал голос). Через 5 минут приходит Кристина и не разбираясь в ситуации, начинает НАС (гостей) обвинять в огромном, что мы послали официанта!!!!! Ничего себе работа с клиентами и отношение к гостям. В итоге мой муж пошёл на ресепшн, пояснил ситуацию менеджеру, вызвали официанта, перед нами извинялись. Я много в каких была отелях по всему миру, но такое вижу впервые. Кристину и официанта однозначно на увольнение.

Visited with family and had great time in this amazing hotel.We had bungalow by beach-amazing,wonderful bungalow 562 Mornings on our bungalow terrace with beautiful sunsets and coffee Evenings on our terrace with stars,moon and moon halo in the sky-relax,chill and enjoy life. All the people,who works in this hotel-kind and helpful. All areas of hotel,reception,bars,eating areas,public toilets,rooms-absolutely clean. Beach amazing-I loved that in the beach there is chill area with umbrellas with red- no people who will ask about excursions,massages or somehow bother you. Eating area-food very good,multiple choices. Sea amazing-for us it was not cold,really enjoyed swiming in January. I am from Latvia,Baltic States,EU country,North Europe One thing that I did not like in this hotel-it is still sad that most of the people,who works there,don't know that Latvia is independent country in North Europe and it is not Russia!!! I don't speak in Russian language,English is my second language.First is Latvian. Don't assume,that all tourists come from Russia or speaks Russian.

First time to Egypt and solo, amazing resort food and service was amazing,rooms were thoroughly cleaned , great view of the resort from the balcony, eslam omar 7satar is a great barman and made a good friend in him, I have already booked to return to same resort in 2026 but for 10 nights instead of 7, I love the place, would definitely recommend
