We live in Hurghada, often come to the hotels of the Azurr chain for the weekend, we have a frequent guest card. They gave us a good room in a villa, there is essentially no sea, the food is very mediocre. But the most disgusting attitude towards the guest was from the employee Christina (guest relations), after dinner we were sitting on the open terrace near the restaurant and I took sweets from the restaurant (I did not know that they were not allowed to be taken out to the terrace, no one stopped me or said anything when leaving the restaurant), a waiter comes to us (I do not remember his name, but as we were told later, he was new) and says that you can't eat here, we said ok, that's it, go (no one was rude to him or raised their voice). What a customer service and attitude towards guests. In the end, my husband went to the reception, explained the situation to the manager, they called the waiter, they apologized to us. I have been to many hotels around the world, but this is the first time I have seen this. Kristina and the waiter should definitely be fired.
