Avoid this hotel at all costs! Me and my partner stayed here over New Year, after returning home I was violently ill for three weeks which after going to my GP turned out to be food poisoning from the hotel. The rooms were outdated and dirty and had a stale smell in them, we ended up swapping rooms as the first room was inadequate. Staff mither you around the pool to book excursions and don’t take no for an answer which can be really irritating and frustrating. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to get ill!

Perfect location for a relaxing family holiday. Very pretty gardens.Staff relaxed and friendly. Lifeguards very attentive. Villas simple but comfortable and cleaned thoroughly daily. Our youngest child is 5 and has Autism, she can be rather messy but the cleaner we had was amazing, He never seemed fed up with the extra work and bedding changes and even left her pretty swan towels and flowers. Can’t really comment on food/ drink etc as although we always pay for all inclusive we generally prefer to try local restaurants but like the option that our children can eat here if they wish to. Music gets a little tedious and repetitive but it’s all quiet by 11pm. Would recommend this as a family stay.

That’s our first time here. Everything is just perfect, the staff are really friendly, just like a big family. Rooms are clean, dinner are always delicious. The team is really nice. The beach is beautyful, programs are supercool. We love it

I highly recommend Royal Lagoons Hotel & Resort for their best services ,the hotel is amazing, rooms clean. Everyone is super friendly and so welcoming. What made our vacation even better was the entertainment team. Adam in particular stands out, as he is very communicative and full of positive energy that makes everyone smile.He has great ideas for games, team challenges,Thanks to him I had most amazing vacation.

I really enjoyed my time at Royal Lagoon Hurghada! The hotel is well-organized, with lots of great facilities like a modern gym, relaxing spa, and multiple pools to choose from. The food was full of flavor, with both local Egyptian dishes and international options. The evenings were especially nice, with live music and entertainment shows by the pool. What made the trip even better were the fun activities led by Adam. He’s not just active and full of energy – he also has great ideas for games, team challenges, and group fun. You can really tell he enjoys bringing people together and creating a good vibe. Thanks to him, we made some awesome memories!

Our stay at Royal Lagoon Hotel in Hurghada was nothing short of amazing. The resort has a beautiful, tropical vibe with palm trees, crystal-clear pools, and a peaceful beach just a short walk away. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Everyone was helpful and professional. Adam, one of thw members from the animation team, really stood out during this trip. He’s super energetic, always on the move, and knows how to keep the group motivated. the hotel is amazing, rooms clean stuff verry good. pools amzing and the entartaiment team is the best, Adam Tony Gazi Thimas were making the trip so much beautiful. The food was verry good diversified and tasty. Our family felt amazing, we will sure come back
