We spent 8 days at the resort. And we have very good time. A lot activity for all people. Kids. Grown up
A lot of entertainment everyday something new
Variety of food suits all appetites. The crew and service are superb. I will visit pickalbatros over and over again

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean, and staff very friendly, spacious rooms, WiFi was good. Check in and out was great, atmosphere was great catered for relaxed and lively. Food there are numerous places to eat 3 x buffet restaurants, snack bars and al a carte all nice food and good selection. All staff were amazing, we mainly stayed at aqua blu side as staff were excellent here especially for us...cleaner, lifeguard, 3 melody bar staff, and buffet restaurant aqua blu aways attentive with getting a table and drinks, names of these staff are: Mahmoud Abdelrady- buffet waiter aqua blu Eslam ragab - cleaner fantastic Mostafa hassan - melody pool bar Abdellah ahmed - melody pool bar Arafat - melody pool bar Rahid- lifeguard at aqua blu pool Entertainment was good alanna, bebo, Jamie always came to us for a chat to get us to join in with the activities which we did a few occasions everyone was so friendly, we will definitely come back again

Everything was very good , the pools are amazing , we love snackbar & all the bars were fun and very respectfull staff they appreciate the little , housekeeping was amazing they cleaned the room everyday - it was all a perfect vacation for not so much € . Thank you Mahmoodi ( life guard ) for the nice times - I would recommend this resort for sure 10/10! Thankyou - Majid & Davy from Belgium

Been here a week still have a week to go, everything is amazing staff are so friendly the atmosphere is a vipe the room we have is amazingly spacious plenty of room the food is amazing can’t fault anything will definitely be back next year. The evening events are perfect the fire show is brilliant, have a look on this perfect for all of the family.

Great hotel great staff I find they can’t do enough for you. Bar staff Hassan on the pool bar is the best very helpful restaurant staff are excellent. We even used the spa for a few treatments and all were brilliant. Lovely rooms very spacious, comfortable clean and tidy

Very clean hotel and attention to details is excellent. Rooms are lovely and spacious and comfortable. Lots of sun loungers with plenty of room for everyone. The staff are very friendly polite and helpful and can’t do enough for you. First time in Egypt and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

So., still here just now and thought i would share a few details. Rooms , need a bit off TLC , but spotless ! (management please update door locks ) Food , not a grumble , tried the lot lol . Entertainment, bad , come on guys you can do better ! And avoid the “Big Shop” on site , rude and more expensive than back home for a coke ad he has a hight rent !!!! sounds like a him problem!! Instead take Uber (£1) to Senzo Mall and go to the hyper market! The hotel really needs to address this shop as leavingbad taste

Such a lovely place, very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are so good, plenty of poolside seats and places to relax. Definitely come here again. 5-star service. Everyone from the bar staff to the cleaners and reception have been so friendly and helpful.
