Hotels Near Al Mina Mosque in Hurghada

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

I believe the Meraki hotel is allegedly the No. 1 party central hotel in Hurghada. They have a great entertainment team who makes sure there are endless parties. The staff is always attentive and offers great help when needed. There’s one special person who I MUST give a special shout out to, and that’s Naglaa from the wellness and spa team, she is always smiling and serving an incredibly welcoming energy and has been the kindest to us. Others incredible staff includes Osama from front desk; Shady from the Munchery buffet; and Dasha from the entertainment team too. My favorite spot in the whole hotel is definitely the shisha tent, all of their staff were extremely nice, polite and efficient. The only side note I have is the Greek restaurant, although the staff there is attentive, the food can also use an upgrade, other than that, I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, perhaps with a bigger group so we could enjoy the parties more.

The girl at the reception is very enthusiastic and is the best staff we met in Serry The hotel is very new and beautiful, with an extremely high occupancy rate. It is mainly visited by European and American families, and there are fewer Chinese people The sea view room has a beautiful view and comfortable bedding. It is basically the newest hotel we have stayed in Egypt. The TV, air conditioning, and hair dryer are all very good. We booked an all-inclusive package, and you will wear a wristband when you check in. The overall all-inclusive experience is not very good. In addition to the self-service sofra, many other restaurants need to be booked, but they are basically fully booked within 4 days after check-in. We wait list to book a seafood restaurant for one night, which is very average. It is recommended to eat sofra directly. There are rich varieties and basically no need to queue. Because there are many guests, except for the buffet restaurant, the efficiency of other restaurants is very low, and the room service is also relatively slow Finally, we booked a 4 am airport shuttle, which is charged, but the driver is very nice and punctual. It is recommended for early flights

I recently stayed in the Sunrise Alma Bay for 8 days and the hotel atmosphere was just great. The hotel staff were so helpful. My room cleaner Ibrahim was so accommodating, friendly and efficient...and an expert in towel art! Emad at the pool bar was so welcoming and the service was excellent. Hamdy and Mohammed in the towel station/by the beach were friendly faces every morning and so helpful. Anastasia in Guest Relations came around to our table every breakfast and was able to action any little requests we had. She was very impressive with her notebook and actioning things so quickly. And lastly, when I asked to extend my room for a few hours (and very reasonable additional cost) on my last day, the Hotel Manager arranged for me to be moved to a suite on the seafront and the concierge Mahmoud was so kind in helping with my luggage and room change. I have been visiting Egypt for 10 years now and this stay has been a highlight for me because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff, the delicious food, the pool (one of the best I have seen), and the beach front with pier and lagoona just make it the perfect location. The added bonus is that it is only about 20 mins from Hurghada airport. I would recommend this hotel to families, couples, singles and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you. Ciara

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful, with a large swimming pool and direct access to the beach. After checking out, you can freely use the hotel facilities and meals that day! Disadvantages: Four of the restaurants are buffet, not exquisite, and the dishes may not be suitable for Asians. There is no introduction at the check-in counter, and there is no leaflet explaining hotel facilities/restaurants in the room. In the beach and pool area There will always be salespeople.

Excellent hotel: delicious and varied food, good a la carte restaurants, friendly staff, quality service. We didn't regret choosing this particular hotel! Of the cons: there are not always enough sunbeds near the pool with a bar. Due to the fact that some people occupy more than 1 sunbed per person. For example, 2 people come, but occupy 3 sunbeds, just putting their things on the third. The staff doesn't tell them anything for some reason. The rooms without renovation are really old furniture, but we were not critical - clean and nothing is broken. We didn't understand a little about the bar where you can smoke shisha. We have an ultra all-inclusive system 1 shisha was free of charge, the hotel app has a menu of this bar, it states that some drinks on the UAI system are served free of charge, but in fact the bar employee said that ALL drinks are paid .. but in general, we were satisfied with the rest and did not regret choosing this particular hotel!

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

🚤I really love El Gouna and Casa Cook. This is an adult hotel, which is good news for those who are afraid of babies🔕. The hotel rooms are few and scattered, and the privacy is extremely high. The brand's slogan is to meet wild luxury and interesting soul. This home is where desert 🏜️beach 🏖️ coexists. 🏨Hotel Room/P4 You can choose a glass of champagne at check-in, and Reception will drive an electric car to take you to the room. We chose a desert view room, 💰1500+RMB, but there is no big difference between sea view and desert view. They both have small courtyards, and the beach is If it is closed at night, small insects may fly into the room, so take anti-insect measures. 🍴Hotel Catering/P5-8 The hotel's restaurant is available for different periods of time, and all the straws are made of bamboo, which is very luxurious haha. Breakfast and dinner: The main restaurant next to Reception, breakfast is especially recommended. There are many options, from 🍞bread to 🥭fruit, 🥩pasrami is especially delicious❗️ Also try not to sit outside as it is easy for birds to take your food away. Lunch:Beach Club Much like the Addison, there will be a lot of people lying around the pool sunbathing at noon.
