Mercure Huzhou Nanxun Ancient Town - Photo Gallery

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding. Breakfast is of good variety and delicious. Convenient laundry service. Good location, near to ancient town.

Had a lovely stay at the Mercure. Staff were friendly (even had my room available well before check in time). Good location, close proximity to the Wuyue Mall, 15 minutes drive away to the Nanxun Ancient Scenic Town, clean room, all amenities provided in the room, coffee, tea, water, soda drinks, sugar, kettle. The Queen room was spacious, great view of the city. Breakfast buffet provided (if opted for breakfast included) such as East and West cuisine, hot and cold drinks, cereal, bread, toaster, coffee and tea, noodles, and much more available to eat/drink! Overall, the experience was all good and I would stay at the hotel if I ever go back to Nanxun.

The hotel itself was really good. Just had quite a loud noise at 3 am from the next room. Other than that it was all good.

Very nice hotel and good breakfast

I stayed at Mercure Hotel yesterday. The overall experience was very satisfactory and worth recommending! The room is a king-size bed room with spacious and bright space and simple but stylish layout. The bedding is clean and soft, and the pillowcase feels comfortable. After lying down, you can feel good support, which greatly improves the quality of sleep. The room is fully equipped, the air conditioner cools quickly, and the sound insulation effect is also good. You can hardly hear external noise when you rest at night. The front desk service is particularly commendable! When checking in, the staff was enthusiastic and efficient. They also took the initiative to ask about needs and gave thoughtful suggestions. What's more surprising is that the takeaway I ordered through the front desk was delivered to the room by the hotel staff within 50 minutes, which is very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located, with rich dining options around, and it is very convenient to travel. The public areas are clean and orderly, and the gym and toiletries are also available to meet the needs of business trips or short-distance leisure. Overall, Mercure Hotel has performed well in hardware facilities, service quality and detail care, and it is a very pleasant stay experience. I will definitely choose here again in the future!

The new hotel rooms are always clean and tidy. The 16th floor is being renovated. The service staff took the initiative to suggest arranging us on a higher floor because the room we booked had not been cleaned yet. They also took the initiative to help upgrade the room. It was quite quiet and I had a good night's sleep. It's just that it's not a good idea to try to get guests to join Huazhu. I hope they won't promote it like this in the future, which makes guests feel uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the time is long, which can match people who sleep in on weekends.

Hygiene: After entering the room, I found a fly flying in the room, and later I drove it away. There were no other hygiene issues. Service: Because I often stay in hotels, I feel that the front desk is not cold, but the attitude is also average, and the atmosphere is heavy and mechanical. Advantages: I live on the 22nd floor, and the environment outside the window is very good. The facilities in the room are also good. The mini bar is equipped with sufficient water and drinks. The room is spacious and bright, and the overall cost performance is high. The night view of Nanxun Ancient Town is beautiful (I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I put a few photos of the ancient town)
