We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, which was not yet the check-in time, but the boss and the boss's wife not only helped us check in immediately but also upgraded the room. 來打卡花築・潯杉里民宿啦！這次入住體驗超棒！民宿位置絕佳，不管是去附近景點還是找美食都很方便，抬腳就到。
走進民宿，就被古色古香的環境吸引，晚上漫步在石板小徑，竹林和紅燈籠相映成趣，氛圍感拉滿。房間裏的衞生更是沒話説，一塵不染，洗漱用品擺放整齊，還有貼心的小毛巾和特色包裝的物品，細節處盡顯用心。
而且這裏的服務也是一流，工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。下次來這邊，還選花築・潯杉里民宿！

房間質量真的超級棒，處處可見老闆的用心與品味，床品備品用的都很好，浴巾柔柔軟軟，連附贈的茶葉都是好茶，朋友們讚不絕口的一家民宿👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
花築的地點很棒，在百間樓旁邊還是小橋，門口就是美景，拍照超級超級美，對面是花滿樓，在門口就能聽見吳儂軟語的彈評聲
打車可以直接到後門，省去在古鎮拖行李箱的狼狽，左邊領咖啡的飯店，菜品好好吃！吃了兩天，超級推薦

民宿男主人人很好，特地開車到景區門口接我們，流觴是最好的一間風景房，晚上南潯夜景很美，還能在陽台泡澡。暮春親子房也還可以，對比烏鎮，南潯景點比較分散，需要自己慢慢去找，偶然發現張靜江故居，也很不錯。人沒有烏鎮那麼多，但景區風采還需要細細打磨。

在攜程上找到這家，最近幾年外出遊覽江山時常住花築，對於品牌的認可和攜程的信任。
我們開車來此家已是晚6點了，開始導航不能直接到店家門口（隔着石凳子）打電話給店家時，老闆很熱情的電話指揮繞道開到店家門口停車。
入店後老闆將最後一間河景房給我們升級住了（我們住在百間居里），房間乾淨很有老房子特色，推窗就可看到河裡的船，裝修的燈罩都是藤條和茅草做的，我們到的晚，就在他家南潯主街河邊看着夜景，遊船慢駛來，故居紅燈照，晚飯細細品，很是愜意，飯後散步後泡在海鹽水的浴缸裏很是解乏，老闆送了水果和咖啡，我們離店時還送了店家自製特色點心，精緻糯糯的給我們路上吃的，很用心的服務，我們感受很好，感謝店家的服務

真是太棒了！嘻嘻，一眼在攜程上看中，實際到店也很棒，如果公交到達，店家會有船按時間接人，我們是打車去的，直接到門口，也超級方便～民宿本身也很洽意，拍照出片，放完行李，直接從旁邊的寶善河碼頭坐搖櫓船到小蓮莊碼頭，享受最悠長的河道～完美😍！晚上早上都可以河邊吃吃喝喝，欣賞景色，太靈了！老闆老闆娘都很熱情友善呀，還有最後贈送的定勝糕，咖啡，感謝！美好的週末！o（^▽^）o

房間很大，但是看不到河景，能看到河景的又太小 住不下兩大兩小，民宿沒有什麼服務可言，也沒有管家服務，前台也愛答不理，訂了兩晚，第二天一早趕火車走的早，伴手禮衹給了一份，咖啡沒要早餐沒吃，我説拿瓶水吧，我們四個人就給兩瓶水，收拾房間時我説多放點水就還放那兩瓶，明明知道倆孩子，孩子的牙具衹給一個，拖鞋也衹給一雙…感覺不值1000+的價格。

我很少給民宿打這麼低的分，一進大廳，亂亂糟糟，一看就是很久不打掃和收拾了，灰塵到處都是，居然還有人在大堂的沙發上躺着，顯得特別不專業，房間設施很久沒有維修了，最難以接受的是浴室窗簾不能完全關起來，私隱就不談了，還到處漏水，居然床邊還有未擦洗的莫名液體水印，衞生情況堪憂
