We extended the room at 11 o'clock, and came back at 2 o'clock for lunch break. The cleaning staff knocked on the door and cleaned the room just as we lay down. We said we would clean it when we went out. The cleaning staff said no, it disturbed our rest, and they didn't change anything. It was really rubbish and disturbed our rest. I was speechless.

房間衞生一塌糊塗，牀頭櫃的上一個客人的煙灰都沒有被清理，因為這煙味，兩個晚上都沒有好好睡，一直想這是哪來的煙味，挪開了牀頭櫃才發現，一堆的煙灰，還有房間蟑螂滿地跑，真的太噁心了。衹住兩天，也懶得和前台説換房間，再説，這樣的衞生條件換了也是一樣。
