This is a disastrous booking mistakenly in a wrong city which should be Kiel but was not changeable and refundable, sadly rebooked another cheaper one in Kiel for some hard sleeping night

Hotel location was good and the breakfast was excellent!!!

Quiet and tidy room, environmental alarm clock for quietness, convenient to go anywhere, fast and efficient service

The room was very clean and spacious The location is remote, but there is a bakery around the corner There are no restaurants nearby, which is quite inconvenient. The service was average. I asked the front desk to order a taxi on Sunday, but they said there was no reply after calling them. The next day, a foreigner asked them to order a taxi and said it would be there soon. I don’t know if there is any reason for this. This hotel is self-service and there will be no one to help with luggage. Girls need to consider this if they have a lot of luggage.

Location is great, rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and there was something for every taste. The punk concert on Saturday was also an experience😅 We would love to come back.

I originally booked another hotel nearby, but finally found out that I had booked the wrong date, so I changed my reservation to this hotel temporarily. The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from famous attractions. The room is also very large, dry and wet are separated, and the breakfast is also good. Although the price is expensive, it is still worthy of this level.

The heating is very low we had to ask for another heater to be able to sleep

The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean and tidy. The only bad thing is that the chairs inside are not upright.

Very nice staff, rich breakfast. Within walking distance to the cathedral and neighborhood. Likewise the subway. Quietly located away from main roads.

Hotel service is very good

Lovely outstanding place. I had the good fortune to be staying in one of their balcony suites, which was really like a home from home - so spacious and clean and quiet. Lovely staff, too, and perfect location to reach the most important sights - e.g. 10mins walk to Landungsbrücken, 15mins to Jungfernstieg. Wherever I walked, I often went back to the hotel for lunch and then headed back into town afterwards. Very much recommended!

Nice location and great service and very helpful and friendly guest service

We had looked forward to a superbt hotel due to the high ratings, but the hotel was mediocre. Staff was friendly, location good, room was nice, but bland. Worst of all, it didn't appear from neither photos nor text that this is the kind of hotel with "integrated" bathroom. No door, not even a curtain, from bedroom to bathroom, although there was a door to the toilet. If we'd known, we never would have booked this hotel. Generally the hotel was a disappointment and not one we will recommend or return to. It's not value for money.

I booked this hotel because of its great reviews but to be honest it was just mediocre experience. Especially, the facilities were quite old. Nothing so bad but nothing so good. It is located in a very quite place, though.
