"This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in Hamburg for a business trip. The rooms aren't huge, but they are exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and it's right by a pedestrian street."

"The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The garage entrance will be a bit narrow if you have a bigger car and they have limited number of parking spots available, the fee is 38€/daywhich is a bit too much in my opinion."

The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day. The gym is small, but the facilities are very advanced."

The spa area, in particular, was exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The pleasant aromas in the lobby were also unique and immediately put us in a holiday mood. However, we do have one small point of criticism: On our departure day, we were disturbed twice by housekeeping – once at 10:00 a.m. and again shortly before 11:00 a.m., even though our check-out time wasn't until 11:00 a.m. We understand that housekeeping is demanding work, but guests' privacy should be respected. This unfortunately made our morning a bit stressful, something we haven't experienced before. In conclusion, we would like to emphasize that we would love to return and are already looking forward to our next spa experience. Sincerely, Likhit Klinhom"

"The room was clean, and modern. Free still water every day. The housekeeping did a good job, and check-in was easy with friendly staff. The main issue was the location and noise. The hotel was small, close to the street, and we could hear both traffic and noise from neighboring rooms. There was even a dog next door barking until around 3 a.m. every night we stayed. The bathroom also needs some attention. There was no body wash provided, and the shower had no barrier to keep water from spilling out onto the floor. I suspect this may be why the bathroom door had become warped and was difficult to open and close. The sink also drained very slowly."

"What more can I say... it sounds more exciting at first than it actually is. It's a typical hipster hotel: everything cool, everything casual, but not very practical, and even less professional! Getting from the ground floor to your room is always a trek, and the numerous uninspired construction fences and red-white-red plastic barrier tapes make you feel like you're walking through a construction site. The rooms are modern, but impractical and cold. In our suite, we couldn't even crack a window open for ventilation, there was no shelf on my side of the bed for my phone and other belongings, the bathroom was tiny for a suite with no storage space, the oversized TV blocked the view of what would otherwise be a great view, and so on. In short: you can do it once, but you don't have to. There are better hotels in the area, more practical, and cheaper to boot."

"Perhaps it's because the hotel is close to the train station, but the street leading from the station to the hotel felt a bit chaotic, with groups of young and middle-aged men gathered around, making me feel unsafe. However, it was convenient for food, drinks, visiting attractions, and catching the subway or train."
