GGuest UserThe staff was rude. There was no complimentary water in the room; you had to buy it. Interestingly, you could only buy a different brand of water with cash from the staff, which was different from what was available in the vending machine. I suspect water should be provided free in the rooms. The staff even suggested drinking tap water. Also, there were no slippers, bathrobes, or a kettle (which means no coffee or tea) in the room. Breakfast was mediocre. No beans, and the only hot item was an omelet. There were no vegetables either.

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..
