"The room was fine (park side). The elevator always felt full. Advertise with a rich breakfast buffet. The things that are there are not labeled, I have no idea what the 5 things in the bowls are. But apart from that a very boring breakfast. Cheese, 3 types of sausage, 5 grain rolls between 100 normal ones, 4 jams but I have no idea which ones. It's similar with quark, I would say more if I knew what exactly it was."

The hotel is in a great location in Hamburg, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. It happened to be the World Triathlon. The hotel is a renovated old building, and the room furniture is well arranged and convenient to use. There are many antique furniture in the wide corridor. The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day. The gym is small, but the facilities are very advanced.

I'm scared because it's too dark to get close to the subway or the way to go.
Not preferring floor carpet.
I was embarrassed as soon as I entered the hotel because it was under construction on the first floor
I thought the price was expensive

Daniela C*Very welcoming hotel. I like the location, it is close to S1 and in a calm area with lots of green. The food is of good quality and has many options. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated but do expect luxury or nice views. The carpet on the corridor is a a bit stained but overall and is clean.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel.

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors.

Nice hotel! Good location and very spacious. Don’t have any stuff like toothpaste and toothbrushes, and the double room doesn’t have a sofa bed but instead it’s an extra large bed. Very nice location and the rooms are comfy. Kitchen had a hob and a fridge, and the rooms are clean. Lovely views from the balcony.

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk.
The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.
