GGabrielaOut and about with a friend for a wedding on the Alster. The apartment is a good 15 minute walk away, so very doable. Booked parking and it worked great. Car is safe in the yard.
Super friendly reception, everything was explained over the phone beforehand.
Apartment very clean, everything you need is there, even the first supply of coffee or tea.
Spent the night quietly and totally relaxed.

GGuest UserWe only stayed here for one night, booked without breakfast. The room is very spacious, comfortable beds, soundproof windows, so don't be afraid of the main road at the door. Very clean. With a small kitchenette. Unfortunately the hotplate didn't work. I would like to see some tea and coffee bags as an improvement

HHarrisonNice hotel! Good location and very spacious. Don’t have any stuff like toothpaste and toothbrushes, and the double room doesn’t have a sofa bed but instead it’s an extra large bed. Very nice location and the rooms are comfy. Kitchen had a hob and a fridge, and the rooms are clean. Lovely views from the balcony.

TTurboRWHi, despite Benny's best efforts in Berlin, I was NOT able to complete the stupid check-in procedure with my cell phone. Only a nice man from the restaurant helped me with his mobile phone, which took about 1 hour. Turns out I was using the Mi browser and not Chrome!!!! In addition, I had no internet on the way and only got the check-in data from Benny. So much too late!!!!
This impersonal, anonymous check-in procedure is just annoying, not customer-friendly and time-consuming!!!
I will only book another hotel with a human at the reception!!
What would have happened if I hadn't got human help??? Was I then allowed to sleep in the foyer?
Otherwise the room was okay. Only no drinks etc. were refilled.

GGuest UserVery modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk.
The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.
