Great

TTheo IoannidisI stayed at Superbude St. Pauli and really liked it. The location is great – very central, well connected, and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is cozy, and the price was quite fair for Hamburg. I didn’t spend much time in the room, mostly just for sleeping, but it was comfortable. The only small downsides were that the doors tend to slam a bit loudly and the lighting could be brighter. Overall, though, a really good place to stay.

GGuest UserIt was a very comfortable hotel. I liked everything about it, especially the modern shower and the capsule coffee machine. There were two large grocery stores nearby — REWE and Lidl. There was also a subway station nearby, which made it possible to reach the city center very quickly.

UUsefIt should be called a motel, first of all. Secondly, it's basically a trap for people who have never heard of it. There is no room service, no water, no fridge, no safe, no AC, and the worst bedding imaginable. I guess that is why cancelling even a week in advance doesn't get you anything back. All they care about is maximising the profita and f***ing the guest.

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

RRozaNisathe hotel is nice, simple, and very clean. they give you table and chair so you can work from your bedroom. there is also mini bar and they provide a microwave, it's really help when you craving for something in the night and dont want to go outside :)

GGuest UserThe hoste provides the bare minimum in terms of amenities and cleanliness. While it is functional enough for a short stay, the overall quality feels very much in line with the low price. Facilities are basic, and the atmosphere is not particularly comfortable or welcoming. It’s not a terrible place to stay, but it’s also not somewhere I would confidently recommend to others unless they are simply looking for the cheapest option and have very low expectations.
