Public area is very comfortable ,has lights and good ventilation. The self-checkin machine is convenient, key your first name or middle name ,your phone number. then scan your passport. The shower has good pressure and the temperature of warm water is optimum, not too hot to harm the old people's skin as many other hotels do. staffs have good services though they don't have smiles on their face. The hostel has breakfasts and snacks too. Nice and quiet place , Good sleep.

Easy Check in, clean rooms Cons: on possibility for loading with usbc or usb; the men’s toilet stinks

They suddenly close the door between rooms and community room. I asked the reason, but staff’s answer is not acceptable. So i had to across 3doors for get the community room. And bathroom smell is not good.

I had stay in this hostel many times because it’s reasonably price. But this time it’s very bad experience ever. Check in staff very nice and friendly. But cleaning lady very rude, not polite and no SERVICE MIND, the way she talk with customers in hostel in the previous time I had stay here is not good way to communicated with the guests, it’s very rude and the way she look at customers very look down people. All guests paid for stay. I didn’t think today is my turn to face with bed situation. Maybe because I had check out late 15 min, I had took out bedsheets, pillow case to return box for clean. And I use shower room a bit late after cleaning lady clean shower room around 10:30 am. and I guess she think that nobody will use shower room. I think she doesn’t want to do cleaning again but what will happen if other guests who stay here not yet check out and she yelling and show how rude she is to them.. Usually bed is good but this time I got the worst mattress at female dorm room and bed number 9A-01 feel like sleep at floor. Hostel should change this mattress. This is my last time I won’t come back here anymore because of cleaning lady. I never give bad reviews to this hostel every time I stay here always give very good reviews and recommend other people to stay but this time I can’t stand with rude people work on hospitality service. Who will decide to stay here hope you won’t get bad experience like me.

very convenient location as it's about 1 minute walk from kaohsiung main station. it's a self checkin guest house, and you get your check-in information by either email or line messenger after you send your passport photo (for foreigners). i stayed here a few times. it's clean and comfortable and has good value for the money.

It was a nice hostel nothing special

not bad, a 7/11 and a grocery store right across the road, 5 mins walk from here to the Suncake museum and multi events held nearby. Altogether extrodinary is the cleanliness and they also provide earplugs to prevent from snores from other roommates.

Very nice hostel i will back again soon
