This hotel is simply fantastic.Rooms are so gorgeous and comfortable-I have never slept so well away .Breakfast lovely .Staff around the pool area ,concierge and reception are so courteous and friendly-plenty of fabulous sunbeds -there’s very few you need to pay extra for and there is absolutely no need to .

Our stay at Nobu Ibiza was truly one for the books. The location is perfect, the ambiance stunning, and the service absolutely exceptional. Special thanks to Alberto, who greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Nobu restaurant team was amazing – Edoardo, the sommelier, and especially Tomas, our waiter, who went above and beyond to make our celebration dinner unforgettable. Huge appreciation to the concierge team, Javier and Lisandro (Head Concierge, clef d’or), who handled all our last-minute plans with ease and expertise. Their recommendations gave us an incredible experience of Ibiza, and they made sure every detail was taken care of, including organizing our transportation. Can’t wait to come back!

The place is truly breathtaking — entering through the main door with the pool views, feels like stepping into another world. The service was flawless; the team remembered who we were and our preferences at every stage, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine human warmth. From the moment I handed over my car to the outstanding parking team, through front office and guest services, all the way to the pool and restaurant staff — every single person went above and beyond. I recently stayed at Nobu Bay, I’ve visited Ibiza many times over the last 20 years, and this last trip has to be up there as one of the best 😊 The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to meet our needs. Javier and his concierge team were particularly helpful, offering great recommendations and arranging all our reservations with ease. We joined some amazing hikes and experienced parts of the beautiful island we’ve never seen. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Thank you so much 😊

The experience was amazing! It felt like a dream although the water took a while to heat up and I forgot my moisturizer, so it would be nice to have that in one of those small bags. The service was incredible. Everyone was really kind and professional + the food is out of this world.

Great experience from arrival to leaving this beautiful hotel ,everything was on point! Really friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful spacious room with views of the bay. Great service and food at the pool. The juice bar was delicious , loved the variety and the use of fresh products. Great Breakfast with a view , a lot of choices , a la carte and buffet. The hotel is located in a 10/15 minute walking distance from the port of Ibiza town, so very convenient. Definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone.

We are just back from a 4 night stay in Nobu. We were 2 families with teenage kids. We had the best time and loved the hotel. All the staff are super friendly and totally professional. Georgia , one of the concierge staff was amazing. She helped to organise activities and restaurant bookings. All her recommendations were spot on and she emailed promptly if I had any queries. The breakfast in Chambo was incredible. The food selection and the staff again made it a memorable experience. All in all both families loved the hotel and hopefully we will back again in the not to distant future
