Great location. Can barely hear the train station. Room was clean and tidy, heaps of free amenities at the front desk. Would stay here again.

Wer had a good stay at Sunroute Chiba Hotel The location is excellent, within the Chiba Station thus very conveninent to go anywhere. The hotel is very good. Room is very clean with all amenities available.
I would recommend Sunroute Chiba Hotel to all my friends who are travelling to this area.

Conveniently located in an adjacent building from Chiba JR station. Access from the west exit. Also near subway station and monorail network.
Plenty of eateries and shopping at the nearby malls. Basically you can find everything you need here, so don’t have to stay in Tokyo.
We picked Chiba for ease of access to Narita airport, about 50 minutes away on rapid train. Express service to Narita is also available but at 3x the cost.
Breakfast is typical Japanese fare but last order is early at 9am. There are plenty of eateries nearby so next time will opt out of hotel breakfast.
Hotel mini fridge is under-powered so is effectively useless.

Connected to the train station. Train station is big with many stores and restaurants. Rooms are very small and they did not provide cleaning service our entire stay. But for the price and location, we would absolutely stay again.

The best type of room so far. Japanese modern style, very clean and clear look. My personal favourite comparable to our previous stay at Gero Onsen Inn.
