Beautiful Location with Helpful Staff We stayed at Shola Crown Resort and were truly impressed by its serene location and the stunning infinity pool—a perfect place to unwind with breathtaking views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful escape. A big shoutout to the staff and restaurant team—they were amazing and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The lack of an elevator made it difficult for elderly guests to use the stairs. The parking area is also a bit far, though not a major issue. One disappointment was the food pricing—we felt it was quite costly for the quality offered. Also, we booked via MakeMyTrip, where the balcony view wasn't specified clearly. We were given a backside room with a limited view. I recommend calling the resort directly before booking to request a front-facing room, as those views are truly fantastic. All in all, it’s a beautiful resort with warm hospitality, but make sure to clarify details in advance for a better experience.

Pros - 1) clean rooms 2) excellent location 3) good breakfast 4. Cons-1) not best place if you have elderly people 2) dinner choices could be better 3) car parking is bit far from rooms if u a person who runs to car for everything 4) swimming pool access time could be longer or earlier.

Location wise it was difficult,as it was quite far away from Munnar. But the hotel itself was very nice with polite behaviour from the staffs and the best part is the food..it was simply amazing..they had a wide range of food in the menu..the view from room was outstanding..

We booked the crown suite (duplex) and the rooms were excellent.
Pros :
room and view
staff friendliness
access to main road
cons:
balcony view could have been better, from our room there was no view
property is small, no cycles or proper area to roam/walk inside the property. it feels locked.
no lift/elevator
vehicle arrival area is too steep, you can't stop comfortably
Food is average, nothing special. but you don't have good restaurants nearby so this is the only option
swimming pool area needed more outer space and a guide to monitor.
