The room was amazing and the service was top notch. The food was delicious. Overall the experience was very nice . Our service cordinator Miss Vijayalakshmi was very co operatives and very nice. The resort was very nature friendly and well maintained. Must experience this when you visit Munnar.. Thank You Elixir hills we enjoyed it very well

It was really a great experience at Elixir hills resort. The staff was really supportive and the services were excellent. Highly recommended for couples and families who would like to a spend a relaxing weekend in Munnar. All the best with your journey.

We booked a Deluxe Suite Cottage and paid 13k per night for 3 nights in Munnar. The property cleanliness is sub-par. The TV was missing in the room. There was an extra mattress sitting in the living room, it was torn and even after requesting the room service to remove it, they didn’t remove it. Room service was hesitant to provide in-room dining. They provided once( the day we checked in) despite multiple requests as we travelled with an infant and a toddler. Rooms were not clean when we checked in. Drinking water was not clean. So we had to order mineral water. The property is also a bit far away from the downtown, which would add to the time it takes for anyone visiting Munnar view points. Just don’t go here.

Happy to stay here.. Very nice hospitality and had a great time staying and enjoyed the climate and very good service from everyone.. Everyone recommended to visit once and enjoy staying here 🥰🥰🥰❤️rooms and check in and check out was very smooth and good restaurant and overall best service given to us 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Excellent, Had a nice time with family. Great hospitality. Gorgeous place and atmosphere. Great food specially kerala style dishes in the menu and shocked with the breakfast buffet large varities of items. Thank you elixir hills and Mr Ashish Rajan making the trip memorable.

Wonderful stay and fantastic location! The staff is very accommodative and helpful. Would surely recommend this for a relaxed and nature filled stay! Would like to mention special thanks to Vijaya lakshmi at reception who considered early check in on request. Manager Rafiq too helped with recommendations. Do boom early for good rates and don't miss their wonderful breakfast.

Nice and very good place for accommodating with family, indoor structure /outdoor are very peaceful I loved the staff’s approach and taste of food is super My family also enjoyed their holiday the one of the best resort with poll area in munnar

Best room ever. Two bathrooms is really helpful. Jungle trail and waterfall behind the hotel is awesome. Very courteous staff. Very good food. Overall best experience. Kids enjoyed a lot. Very clean rooms. Will definitely come back again and suggest to everyone.
