This place has been nothing short than wonderful. We stayed here for 4 nights with our 5 month old baby and it indeed is a baby friendly resort as I had read on reviews online. The stay and view from the rooms are excellent. The staff is extremely professional especially Special shoutout to the following staff who made our stay so comfortable n relaxing 1) Kashiraj and Bharathi at front desk. 2) Mr Praveen Likhta Happy and the server behind the filter coffee. 3) The guys at the guest services who helped us with the buggy and took us around the property 4) Chef Prabhakaran and his team who prepared such good food day in and out especially the breakfast spread. Things that stood out to us:- 1) Care for the baby cradle available at the restaurant 2) Babycot in the room 3) Pool accessories for the baby like the float that I haven’t even seen five star properties keep 4) Chef Prabhakarans presence of mind in the restaurant to anticipate our needs even before we needed anything 5) Cleanliness of the property and rooms top notch 6) The scrumptious breakfast If you planning to visit this property with your family you are in for a treat as i am sure it was worth every penny you spend

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The cozy rooms with stunning views and the staff are also accommodating and friendly. I can't wait to stay here again!

Awesome place in munnar I d say it's the best stay I ever held in my life Food was superb Staff is so gentle Great experience There are so many fun activities to enjoy and we enjoyed a lot in this resort It's s a great family destination and marvellous vibes

Last night we had at vibe munnar. The property is situated at anachal near munnar. We stayed at the room over looking the mountain. FO received us with an arti tikka welcome .The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a nice pool on top floor. Food was really amazing, especially the breakfast and service at restaurant is also appreciated. From the security gate *** we can experience the hospitality of this hotel. FO team gave us a see off that was really heart touching. We checked out today with lot of good memories. We will recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Very nice service by staff & cleanliness is too good . The rooms are very big . The food quality of vegetarian is nice & tasty. The view from the hotel room is very beautiful. We stay for 3 days & enjoyed lot . The welcome by the staff is very good & during check out also the support. To change is in the menu you should keep veg & non veg menu different

On the top of the mountan is a beautiful new hotel It is outstanding in all the things one need as a traveler good staff cleanrooms even the toilets. Rooftop pool with good water quality . Breakfast was super dinnerbuffet also do your self a fever visted this place

Nice well spaced rooms Bathroom is clean Towels are clean Bed is clean Hot water is readily available Food is nice but can be improved a lot particularly North Indian dishes Rest of the hotel is very good Staff is very well behaved and cheerful
