This place and the front office and restaurant staff’s are very courteous and helpful. Food, cleanliness and location, view are all good. I would have given 5 star if not for one incident with the security guard who behaved very rude and uncomfortable. He was making fun of me in Malayalam when I asked for a help, without realising that I’m a Malayali and I can understand the language.

We had an awesome experience staying at valle munnar the room was very good and the view was breathtaking.and the staffs are very helpful and cooperative finally we are carrying a very good memories .special thanks to the front desk team and also the housekeeping staff .A must visit property

One of the best property we visited so far beautiful viwe with nice food and service no regret no complaints just the love for the entire team the have done everything just to make our stay memorable the food at the restaurant is some very heaven the morning breakfast spread is huge .thank you so to the front office team. Rooms offers a breathtaking view... the service is also top notch. Property is barely two year old and offers a lot of in-house activities which helps all age group to be engaged . I highly recommend this property if you are looking for an escape from city life and have a peaceful leasure

Hello Everyone Hotel is fantastic location view from hotel is amazing and relaxing SPA is amazing Dr Sreesagar & team is very good. Mr Bobby ji and team at Front office is amazing and very helpful. Mr Shahadh and Team in Restaurant is very helpful and friendly. Only think needs to be corrected is food quality and taste and Chef personal touch is missing.

It's a new Hotel with modern Outlook. Best part of the hotel is the view, which is awesome. Brilliant view is from the rooms, dinning area and even reception. Hotel rooms have modern getup, minimalist design but sophisticated. Staff is courteous and always smiling.

The experience starts with name itself, the ambiance is absolutely calm and the view from the room was incredible and its located in the bestplace of munnar the staff were always one call away thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay good 😌

The service and the ambience of the hotel is the best in Munnar and world class. Every step of the experience was fantastic. The food was exceptional and the views from the hotel are something you have to experience yourself! Strongly recommend this place.
