"The accommodation is very poorly located, right next to the road, which makes it impossible to sleep well. The lights flicker until 3 a.m., making it impossible to stargaze or see the Northern Lights. If you're hoping to catch up on sleep in the morning, forget it! The Huskies start barking at 8 a.m. The bathroom is tiny, access to hot water is limited to 15 minutes (followed by 30 minutes of cold water), and using the sauna (in a separate area) costs around €100. I paid an extra €10 for a crib, even though the price is already clearly overpriced! The restaurant isn't very good, and people who have checked in or are about to leave walk right through the middle of the room, creating a terrible draft. I had to beg for hot milk at breakfast (which isn't offered). Furthermore, drinks are extra, even with half-board. The room is clearly too small for two adults and a child (plus a baby). The activities are overpriced. We had stayed in several places and only booked one night in this accommodation, and thank goodness! The value for money is absolutely terrible."

The waiters at the front desk were very friendly and happy to answer our questions, only individual staff often asked us to find the hotel's travel agency to sign up for their tour! The room was spacious and comfortable enough, but the indoor heater was broken, the weather has been very cold these days, close to zero degrees, fortunately the hotel has a mobile heater available for us, the problem was solved!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, including reindeer meat and salmon! We booked the sauna on the day, and it was a memorable experience watching the night sky and snow scenery. The only downsides are that the hot water is only available for a limited time and there is nothing nearby. I had washed myself to a certain extent in the sauna, so I didn't have to stop midway, but it was a pain having to leave time aside. There were few buses, so we had the hotel call a taxi for us, and we went to nearby souvenir shops, supermarkets, and fast food restaurants! Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the aurora, but we'd like to try again♪"

"The buffet breakfast has a variety of styles, including my favorite salmon, beans with tomato sauce and wheat bran. There is also a self-service waffles machine that allows guests to make their own waffles🧇, which is hot and very good. taste! The hotel is on the side of the River Juutua. You can see the beautiful scenery of the river from the restaurant and the room, which is a first-class experience! The front desk staff were happy to answer our questions, and some of them even smiled! The waiters and food in the hotel restaurant (Aanaar) are up to the level of a 5-star hotel. When the food is served, each dish will be explained, what its main dish, side dishes and sauce are! The biggest pity is that the thermostat does not produce warm air. Fortunately, the weather is not too cold. There is a heat pipe for drying clothes in the bathroom, so wet clothes can be dried quickly!"

"This was a trip of a lifetime. The hotel is stunning - warm, welcoming and cozy. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, kind and informative. The food is excellent and they catered so well for those with allergies. The winter gear provided was brilliant and the activities on offer (reindeer herder visit, snowshoeing, snowmobiles, ice fishing, Sami cultural museum, husky sleds etc) are well thought out and timed - keeping you both busy and engaged, but with plenty of time to rest and relax. The activities use local reindeer herders and husky owners giving you a chance to interact and learn about their way of life. This is a fabulous location to view the northern lights as minimal light pollution out on the lake in front of the hotel. Would totally recommend if you have ever wanted to visit winter wonderland!"

"It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket."

"I didn't take a photo of the room, but it was the same as the picture, or even worse than the picture. It was the oldest room type, and it was very far from the front desk. It was the farthest room, and it was very inconvenient to get in and out. The hotel has only two floors of accommodation rooms, but there is no elevator. The sauna room is on the negative floor. I suggest you don't choose the oldest and cheapest room type, but a slightly newer and more expensive one. Although 1000+ is not cheap, it still shows that the prices of local resorts are high. If you want to see the aurora, I suggest you spend a little more money to stay in the glass house, there will be surprises in the middle of the night!"

"The hotel is located on the south side of Ivalo District and on the riverside. On the first night we saw the Northern Lights in the open space in front of the hotel! When we checked in, we were given a "feelings" piece of paper with the opening hours of the hotel facilities written on it! Buffet breakfast: good style, but not enough portion! The opening hours are until 9:30 in the morning, which is a bit too early! Because I want to see the Northern Lights at night, I get up a little later! Our room had a beautiful view of the river! There is a long-distance bus station near the hotel, and transportation is convenient. However, there is no bus directly to the airport, so you have to take a taxi!"
