The elevator is very narrow and slow, the mattress inside the hostel, the sofa is very old and the spring is bad and uncomfortable, and four people stayed in a family suite. I asked for additional water, but they all told me to come and get it myself, and I rented a glass of wine on the first floor of the basement, but when I went down, there was no one, so I had 10 minutes of Herbie (I don't get 4-5 calls to the front desk). When I asked about the rental, I said that it should not be done. I called back on the first floor and asked if it was the first floor. Other staff came and rented .... (Staff service unsuitable, unfriendly ...) It's a family trip, so I went over it, but it's really inconvenient .... shouldn't you bring it humanly to ask for a call in the morning .... The room is on the 10th floor, but it's ........... Toilet It smelled like cigarettes. It was dangerous because the veranda was ripped off (socks pass at night)

The location is great and the facilities are great! However, I wonder if the towel was left on by someone else... It was unpleasant because there was some unknown foreign substance on it. There was a lot of water stains on the coffee pot, so I cleaned it and washed it thoroughly. Other than this, everything was good. I had a nice stay.

The location was good because it was the next block of Forest Outings. It's right for the road name human rights. I was in the bedding and I expect it to be cleaned. I used the pavilion in the evening, but there were many restaurants around, so there were many choices (Yongjong was hard). There was a bathtub in the premium room and it was good because it was quite large. I think I use it sometimes.

I go to Songdo every weekend and use it often. Please prepare plenty of supplies such as towels and hand wash. Please prepare disposable sponges, kitchen towels, and plastic bags. I was able to see how much they care about the convenience of their guests. I think it is the best among many companies in the same building.

I booked through Trip.com and checked in at 3pm, but the server went wrong and was told to check in at 8pm, so it was very embarrassing. However, one room is being cleaned in time, so I can wait a while before going in. Hearing the pillow to see if the bedding was changed properly, I felt uncomfortable because there were more than 10 men’s short haircuts.
